Two weeks later they were supposed to show up in what I thought would be the afternoon but I got a call around 7:00 PM asking is it OK for them to come?!?? I declined. The lady I spoke with then said that the owner had lost her cell phone and to call her for any services . They never contacted me back shows how much they care! It's a hard pass for me I only considered them again becaue they were so friendly, but definitely not reliable! Beware!

The floors needed to be swept, the inside windows washed, and the fridge, stove, and cabinets cleaned out. The house was empty. One bedroom one bathroom. Nothing was disgusting. Even the pictures that were sent after it was finished didn't look any different to me than the house looked when I walked out before the cleaners began. It just wasn't that dirty. However they took four hours and 40 minutes to clean it (I wasn't there, I was working) and I know very well that it doesn't take more than three hours for even one person, let alone a two person team, to deep clean a one bedroom, one bath, tiny first floor that had been cleaned just a few weeks before. Over $500 to clean an area that size that was not even filthy is robbery, and it's not the estimate I was given. Be sure you're very clear on how much time you think it should take and exactly what you need done otherwise you will be overcharged. Probably a good idea to hang out there too so you can let them know if they're spending time on something you don't really think mush time needs to be spent on.
