We enjoyed working with Creative Finishes as a painting contractor…read more After twenty years, we decided it was time to freshen up the look of our first floor and repaint. We don't have children or pets, so the paint has held up well, but time takes its toll. Instead of doing it ourselves we sought a contractor as there were issues that were beyond our DIY skills. We had several walls that had previously been finished with a highly textured sand finish that was popular years ago. We also had several walls that had been painted with stripes using a glaze. This is notoriously difficult to repaint unless a bonding primer is used. Several contractors suggested that they could address the issues by just applying thicker paint to cover it all up. I really wanted these walls sanded and primed as I felt this would produce the best finish. We chose Creative Finishes as our painting contractor. Although not the least expensive contractor that we solicited a bid from, Nate was the only contractor who addressed all our concerns. Ashley was wonderful to work with regarding scheduling. The crew arrived on time and was ready to work. They were gracious and worked with us in a collaborative manner. The crew was quick to address anything that was of concern. The work was completed in three days. We are very pleased with the result and the price was very reasonable. The walls look fantastic and brand new. We are happy to recommend Creative Finishes as a painting contractor.

I procrastinated a little too long before hosting a graduation party and had no luck even getting a quote two weeks before the event. Scott and his crew were not only able to fit us in but did such a great job. We have lots of landscaping and flowers surrounding our house and the crew took such great care to protect all of it. They even moved pots out of the immediate area and replaced them, I wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't caught it on my doorbell camera. I asked them to include the chimney since it needed some attention, it looks better than it did when I moved in 15 years ago. I included a before and after photo of the dark stains that were washed away so you can see for yourself. What really put this company over the top is they treated a sun shade that had moss and mildew and it looks like new. My house always has green due to the plants and overhanging trees, not anymore! Many of my guests noted how great the exterior looked and a few asked if I had recently painted. This was so affordable. Stellar job!
