He is exceptionally knowledgeable and speaks very clearly in terms that are easy to understand. I walked out of his office with zero pain in my hips. I have suffered for years from damage done while carrying twins. I am able to walk up and down inclines without pain. I've walked more in the last 3 days than I have in quite awhile. I think he works miracles. He did a lot of work with my husband because of his broken heal. He was equally as impressed with his treatment! Dr. Chang was able to help my father in laws with an ulcer on the ball of his foot that would not…read morego away. We took him to so many physicians who would bandage it and apply ointments or some other thing they promised that would "definitely take care of it". One of the doctors eventually referred us to a clinic that supposedly specialities in healing open blisters like this. They told us because of his diabetes he would have a hard time closing the dang thing up. After about 10 visits there we gave up. My wife said it might be smart to take him into a doctor that specialized in feet and that's how found Dr. Chang with some googling. Boy I'll tell you it couldn't have been easier working with him and the clinic. The front desk gal (Lori?) is a hoot and really helpful and Dr. Chang did a great job of sitting us down to go over the different options we had. Eventually after trying some basic options he used this special type of band-aid made from the same stuff babies are held in during pregnancy (or something like that, he explained it A LOT more thorough in person lol) and lo and behold that sucker closed up in just over two months. SO GRATEFUL for this guy. We've been trying to get my wife's dad some relief for months now and Dr. Chang really pulled through. Thank you thank you.

This was about a year ago, but I came in for an extremely routine and basic procedure. An ingrown…read moreremoval, this was the second time on the same toe I had, had an ingrown, so I wanted to have the acid treatment that prevents the nail from growing back. The doctor (I believe it was Dr. Chang) I saw told me that he didn't really feel like doing that and opted to only cut the ingrown section and did acid in the corners of my toenail. Which was going to be fine with a follow-up, except they called me hours before the follow-up and canceled it. When I initially booked the appointment I was told my insurance was accepted by their practice. I received a bill a few weeks after the procedure and no EOB which means my insurance was never even ran. I called the clinic and they told me they had a blackout on the day of my appointment and can't take my insurance (premera). I called my insurance company to see if it was ever even ran through them which it was not. I called the clinic again and was told that I needed to pay the entire amount and they wouldn't run my insurance. My toe is now having further problems with the way it ended up growing back because of the poor work done.

They have done an incredible amount of tests to determine what is ailing me. They saved my life. I had a doctor who shall remain nameless, but is from Anacortes Wa who wouldn't help me get oxygen when I got out of the hospital. Thank God for UGH/peace health professionals. I contacted them and they loaned me 2 big bottles and the tubing etc. Not many hospitals would do that. Like I said, amazing!

I am very displeased with the care that my dad received on January 30th and 31st of this year. He…read morewent in with a cough and had a hard time breathing. They did some tests and told us that he had RSV and that it was treatable and he would more than likely go home that night. He was being treated in a bed in the hallway and was sharing time on the monitors with another patient, so the staff was not continually monitoring him. I feel like they underestimated the severity of his condition and did not give him the attention that he needed because they were understaffed and too busy. Within 3-4 hours of being diagnosed with RSV and not doing anything to help or treat his symptoms, my dad went into cardiac arrest and died. The doctor admitted to us at the time of his death that they exhausted all of their resources of epinephrin and could not save him. I feel like they missed the signs of what was coming and are too blame for his death. I will never agree to be taken to United General, for any reason, if I were to have a medical emergency. I feel like this place should be shut down if they can't provide proper care and have enough staff/ equipment/drugs.
