She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

I have a pixel laser treatment coming up to finish up my facial rejuvenation. I hit 40 and while I don't look my age I was starting to have a little facial sagging due to volume loss and forehead lines, and I wanted to do something about it as opposed to letting myself go. My initial concerns (as I never had any "work done" before) was looking "artificial". Dr. Simmons is wonderful, she knows precisely what to do in order to achieve a natural look while rolling back some of the effects of aging; since my treatments started my co-workers gush about how good my face looks, that I always look fresh, glowing, well-rested, and could pass for someone in their mid-to-late 20's. I usually wear minimal-to-no-makeup so the compliments aren't due to the smoke and mirrors of cosmetics, it's because Dr. Simmons is the best. Once my friends found out I had a little medical "tweaking" now they all want dysport and sculptra too! But the injectables are merely tools, it's the skill of the doctor that determines the results. Inject something in the wrong place or in the wrong amount and you'll wind up with a lop-sided or uncanny valley look, one has to be careful when picking a doctor these days. The aestheticians Dr. Simmons has chosen are top-notch, professional and friendly. My husband is particularly happy with my laser full Brazilian, and I'm elated that I no longer have to shave- not to mention the laser is as close to painless as things get, so win-win! I've never felt rushed or pressured into buying any treatment here. There are so many services offered that there's something for everyone whether it's a routine facial or something more nuclear like a laser treatment.

My biggest advice to anyone purchasing laser hair removal packages here is: be very vigilant about your services and keep track of exactly how many treatments you have purchased and used. I purchased two different laser hair removal packages at different times. Unfortunately, I never saw even 40% of the results I was expecting. What really concerned me, however, was what happened with my remaining treatments. On two separate occasions, when I called to schedule what I believed was my final remaining treatment, I was told that I no longer had any treatments left and would need to purchase another package. The first time this happened, I had to contact corporate. They reviewed the situation and reimbursed me for the appointment I was told I no longer had. The second time, I was again told that I had no treatments remaining. I was told someone would call me back after looking into it, but I never received that follow-up call. What makes this even more frustrating is that the staff has changed since I originally purchased my packages. High turn over ! With both situations, it seemed to come down to that last treatment--somehow, according to the current staff, I no longer had one, even though I know I did.n I'm sharing this review simply to encourage anyone who purchases a package here to keep your own records, count your treatments, and hold onto your receipts and documentation.
