I was started off by welcomed in by a friendly receptionist, who took my name and asked me to keep seated. My first impression of this establishment was pleased, the landscaping in the amount of detail that has gone into this place should be commended. Once I got seated, because I was a new patient, I had to get an x-ray done. I cannot remember the name of the person who was taking care of the x-ray, but I was consistently asked and checked up upon to make sure that I was comfortable and feeling my best. This goes a long way. Next, Leah, the hygienist, came in and polished my teeth and did it with precision, the amount of detail that went into her work definitely shows and I want to make sure that she receives recognition for that. Lastly, I was greeted with a doctor, Dr. D, if I can recall correctly, and as someone who is looking for a TL;DR, I greatly appreciate his conciseness, and building a plan to get everything taken care of. I cannot recommend this place anymore, and if I have any family members or friends were looking for a dentistry that demonstrate so much care, I will be definitely sending them here.

I was greeted by a very nice a friendly receptionist at the front counter. I didn't have a tone of paper work to fill out, just 1 form. I didn't have to wait, I went right on back. The 1st lady that came in to take the x-rays and polish my teeth she seemed a little bit irritated at first, just kinda going through the steps but after a while she warmed up and was actually pretty nice, the hygienist came in and she was very friendly and she was also pretty gentle when she was cleaning my teeth. The owner came in to introduce herself and just look at my teeth and ask me if I had any questions or concerns. Overall I give it a 4.5 out of 5. I was looking for a periodontist, and they have one once a week, so I'll wait 2 months to see her. However, I had a cracked crown that needed to be replaced right away. Scheduling that was quick and easy, and I am giving 5 stars to Dr. Parmar and his assistant Kat. These two work very well together. Removing a crown is an arduous process, and they were extra accommodating re my neck issues which I truly appreciated. I am over 70, and I can say Dr Parmar gives the best, most painless needles I have ever experienced. They took such care, and were so personable, that I am very happy I chose this practice. I look forward to meeting with their periodontist and hope for the same level of care.

(Tiffany Lane SAnford, NC) does not take Tricare for Life. they don't take BCBS FEP dental coverage through Tricare for Life. They will not check to see if their dentists will accept BCBS FEP dental coverage through Tricare for Life. Didn't mind taking our BCBS when Microsoft's name was on the card. Didn't mind taking our money when a deductible needed to be met. We are disappointed to have to find a new dentist just because we had a birthday. Wondering why? Always had good dental care, that's why we were there so long. Maybe they don't like military people... who knows ??This is sad.

I had two gum grafts and from start to finish was impressed by the professionalism and wonderful service in the office. I initially received the quote for the work and was able to schedule the appointment without delay. Everything went just as explained with the procedure (and cost) - the high tech office setting coupled with the calm presence of Dr. Van Scoyoc made the procedure, frankly, pretty darn easy.
