Starters: miso soup Entrees: 4 rolls of uramaki sushi (dragon roll, tuna with amalfi lemon zest, shrimp tempura/kiwi, and another with tuna/philly cream cheese/potato chip) Desserts: oreo cheesecake in a jar WOW. I was absolutely blown out of the water by this sushi. All of the fish was incredibly fresh and the toppings were so unique. Plus, the rolls were executed flawlessly. We both agreed, however, that the philly cream cheese/potato chip one was the best. The potato chip was HOMEMADE - like each roll had an individually golden fried chip on top. The combination of salty, crunchy and creamy was to-die-for. The miso soup was really good, as were those addicting cheesecakes in jars. Saturday night they had almost half the restaurant blocked off for reservations. Even if we wanted to make a reservation ahead of time, their website does not work and forget about calling over the phone unless you speak Italian. The women who works there is friendly and speaks some English, which is the only reason we ate there both times. The other servers were rude to us and tried to turn us away, speaking almost no English. Overall, great food and a great deal. Service, not so much. If you can suck it up for some good sushi, this is the place to go.
