They're located on the 2nd floor. I had 2 visits and both Techs were very nice. The manager was also nice. They answered all my questions and let me know everything they were going to do. The room i stayed in the 1st night was spacious, with a tv and bathroom. The 2nd night the room was smaller. Its set up kinda like a hotel room. There's a recliner and the bed is a sleep number bed for your comfort. That's awesome that you can choose your own personal settings. It helped me sleep better. They hook all the necessary cords up to you and place sensors on your scalp, legs, and etc. They can monitor if your dreaming, having sudden body movements, stop breathing and more. They use the cpap machine while your sleeping to find a comfortable setting for when you use your machine at home. They will set you up with a DME company that will handle getting your cpap supplies, mask, and etc. There are certain qualifications you have to meet for insurance to approve getting your machine. They get you up around 6am to go home. The staff also offers a desensitization appointment where you get to try on several mask to see what works best for you. They were very helpful during the whole process. There is a camera in the room that your being watched on all night. But at my follow up appointments a breathing test was what I received. And when I met with him all he would tell me was how I had done on the breathing test. I would ask him questions about my issues. He would then quickly go back through my computer records to see what my problems were. I felt as if he were coming into the room with only information about how I had done on the breathing test. I've never had a doctor who wasn't the slightest bit familiar with my conditions when he came into the exam room. Sometimes he gave me different answers at different visits. I was very uncomfortable with this. So I switched practices.

I have been a patient of Dr. Silva's since 2013 he has become like a family member hh is so kind,…read moreso knowledge and has met my every need. The staff members have been helpful. Up until approximately 8 months ago. I called the office to get some information. I was yelled at, hung-up on, and when I called back they did not answer the phone. I August 2026 I went into the office and I asked to see the office manager, the office was empty but, I waited over 40 minutes. Finally someone came out who said her name was Dawn. I told her that I wanted to speak to her in private about some issues. Dawn told me to tell her there in the lobby when I ask for privacy Dawn said " either here in the lobby or in the hall. I asked about her office and she refused. On September 23 I discovered that I have been dismissed from the practice because of my interaction with Dawn and the time limit to find another doctor has passed. While I was waiting for Dawn to emerge from her office a patient walked from the back area complaining about she had been in a waiting room for over an hour without any one coming in. I ran into another long time patient Mr. Henry Darren who said the $100 missed appointment fee and the staff are too much for him. Please Dr. Silva, rescue your patients I've never seen your office so empty. Get rid of Dawn.

I didn't feel as uncomfortable knowing she was watching and listening to me sleep. My problem is with whom ever does the insurance billing. They billed my insurance wrong and then when called about it, I realized they scheduled me for a second appt that wasn't even required, but was authorized by (the insurance company they billed incorrectly) so they were going to have me come in for no reason.
