After going over my chart while I was still in the Hospital, Dr. Greenberg came into my room and said he was ordering an Ultrasound of my legs. Soon after the conclusion of the test, he came back into my room and said I had blood clots in the calves of both legs. A few weeks after leaving the Hospital I had my first visit with him in his office on First Colonial Rd in Virginia Beach. The office is very clean, bright and nicely decorated. The staff and Nurses are all very nice and efficient. Dr. Greenberg is a very knowledgeable Physician and I am very glad he found the blood clots in my legs. He will continue to follow me for this issue as well as my breathing issues.

My assumption was that the new doctor would keep the appointment I had scheduled. When time started to get close & I didn't hear from the practice, I called. They treated me like a new patient & gave me an appointment months out with a different person than Dr Belete's letter indicated. I told them about the letter & the appointments person acted as if it meant nothing. That's when I started my search for a new Pulmonologist, which I found. This office had always been bad about canceling appointments & then giving an appointment months later. So I was never up to date on my care. I did also have a bad experience with one of their doctors in 2016 when my late Uncle was hospitalized at Beach General. He pulled me out of the room & showed me the scans that indicated badly advanced lung cancer. I told him I didn't want to tell my Uncle then, knowing he would immediately give up. He told me No & marched into my Uncle's room & gave him the news quite abruptly, although I was the next of kin and had Power of Attorney. The Pulmonologist told my Uncle he had a choice to go to one of their Hospice Houses or to Hospice at my house, which he did. It was a terrible experience because of his lack of bedside manner. Due to the staff attitude & my experience with their doctor who was attending Pulmonologist at Beach General when my Uncle was hospitalized, I would no longer recommend this practice.

They're located on the 2nd floor. I had 2 visits and both Techs were very nice. The manager was also nice. They answered all my questions and let me know everything they were going to do. The room i stayed in the 1st night was spacious, with a tv and bathroom. The 2nd night the room was smaller. Its set up kinda like a hotel room. There's a recliner and the bed is a sleep number bed for your comfort. That's awesome that you can choose your own personal settings. It helped me sleep better. They hook all the necessary cords up to you and place sensors on your scalp, legs, and etc. They can monitor if your dreaming, having sudden body movements, stop breathing and more. They use the cpap machine while your sleeping to find a comfortable setting for when you use your machine at home. They will set you up with a DME company that will handle getting your cpap supplies, mask, and etc. There are certain qualifications you have to meet for insurance to approve getting your machine. They get you up around 6am to go home. The staff also offers a desensitization appointment where you get to try on several mask to see what works best for you. They were very helpful during the whole process. There is a camera in the room that your being watched on all night. The experience went smoothly and I'd definitely use this location again if i had to. Check them out...

It is basically across the street from Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. My most recent visit here was on August 4, 2026. The outside of the place looks like most other medical practices in the area. The building is one story. On all the visits I have been here, I have not had any issues with parking availability, even when it was at a busier time. Be careful when entering and exiting from the door facing First Colonial Rd. as there is a big step to come in and out of there. Once inside, there was a good amount of seating available, though it can be tight when it's busy in there. The visits are for both office visits and shots only visits. After asking for an allergy specialist referral from my PCP, I was referred to this place. My first visit here was on April 16, 2026. The front desk isn't hard to find when you come in. The left window is for checking into getting shots only and the right window is for those that are coming in for an office visit. Overall, my interactions with the staff overall have been excellent. The doctor that I was assigned here and am currently seeing to this day is Dr. Craig Koenig. The only thing I knew about allergies were that they have been bad for me quite a while, which is why I was calling it hell-ergies. On every office visit, you'll have to fill out a general info questionnaire. The first visit will also entail the general med checks, such as weight and blood pressure. After that, it was time to go to a patient room and meet the doctor. The encounter with Dr. Koenig was great. As a part of the first visit, I did take the full allergy testing, which would help down the line knowing what my allergies were, and they were known that same day. After that was done, he went over the process for allergy shots. There were a few options. The first one is the traditional once a week shot to get to the maintenance level, which can take up to 30 weeks or so or go with the rush immunotherapy, where multiple shots are done at a time to get to the maintenance level faster. In the end, I decided to go with the rush immunotherapy. Since there could be issues with rush (clustering) immunotherapy, I was prescribed Epipens in case it is needed. About a month later in May, the immunotherapy clustering process began. Since it's the clustering, it is part of an office visit rather than just a visit for shots. The process would be to have 8 to 12 shots at a time with each clustering visit. They would be spaced out to two shots every 30 minutes. These would occur a week apart. Up until the fourth time, I had no major reactions to the shots. On that fourth round of updosing, I started breaking out in hives and was turning red. They did inject epinephrine a few times to get it under control, but I did not experience any anaphylaxis. I was there for about six hours or so, but everything was done well with care and concern too. There was a definite genuine concern for my health when the outbreak happened. This is what makes this a great place for allergy shots. After this incident, we went to single weekly shots, but it only took six weeks to make it to maintenance level after that, so it was still much faster than doing it once a week. Since being on the maintenance dosing, I haven't had any issues or reactions except for the usual rash for about a day after the shots. I've noticed the after effects have been less with each shot now, and hopefully it stays that way. I'll be back in October 2026 for a follow up after having the shots now for several months. One thing to note is that some days the wait for the shots can be longer as the ones administering the shots are the nurses also working the office visit appointments too. Overall, I have had great experiences here with all of the staff and the process of getting the shots. I have felt the immediate relief too. I used to clog up in the nose when going outside, but that has not been the case since being on the allergy shots. If you're looking for a place for allergy shots or testing, this place is worth coming to.

I didn't feel as uncomfortable knowing she was watching and listening to me sleep. My problem is with whom ever does the insurance billing. They billed my insurance wrong and then when called about it, I realized they scheduled me for a second appt that wasn't even required, but was authorized by (the insurance company they billed incorrectly) so they were going to have me come in for no reason.

My internist of 9 years, my GI doc, my Pulmonologist, my oncologist...ALL of them told me it was related to a surgery of 8 years ago and kept recommending physical therapy. Finally in desperation I went to Dr. Enderson expecting the same response. Instead he listened to me, knew exactly what it was and scheduled immediately to have my removed. Up until approximately 8 months ago. I called the office to get some information. I was yelled at, hung-up on, and when I called back they did not answer the phone. I August 2026 I went into the office and I asked to see the office manager, the office was empty but, I waited over 40 minutes. Finally someone came out who said her name was Dawn. I told her that I wanted to speak to her in private about some issues. Dawn told me to tell her there in the lobby when I ask for privacy Dawn said " either here in the lobby or in the hall. I asked about her office and she refused. On September 23 I discovered that I have been dismissed from the practice because of my interaction with Dawn and the time limit to find another doctor has passed. While I was waiting for Dawn to emerge from her office a patient walked from the back area complaining about she had been in a waiting room for over an hour without any one coming in. I ran into another long time patient Mr. Henry Darren who said the $100 missed appointment fee and the staff are too much for him. Please Dr. Silva, rescue your patients I've never seen your office so empty. Get rid of Dawn.

The opthalmologist was nice also. He was prepared to do a small surgical procedure to get the fluid that was trapped in my ear. Something told me, ask if it's covered. He advised most insurance companies don't cover the procedure without a prior authorization, and that it may be a little pricey. I was so glad I asked, and also that he was honest. He gave me the number to billing to sort everything out. The office is close to the freeway and easy to access. It was clean on the inside and plenty of parking. I'd recommend this office for your ear, nose, and throat needs. Check them out!!
