Three clothing is wonderful for the spring and summer and the woman that owns it is extremely kind and if you need anything she will be more than willing to help you try to find what you are looking for. The dress I generally get is $25 and each one has lasted thru multiple wears and washes. I have one that is 3 years old and I still wear. You definitely get your money worth from then. read more

Proprietor is glorious and expert and warm - with genuine roots and lineage to Tibetan Buddhism, Nepal, Tibet, and more. Support this glorious local P-Town shop. I have been going there forever - i always enjoy meaningful visit and leave refreshed and full of gratitude. Whatever your roots, spirituality, interests, tastes, please support and visit. Do not support this business! they have the cutest dog with its tongue out on the counter. I took a little Snapchat video of it- one lady who works there was walking around on her cell phone said 'oh no pictures' another women tan over and started harassing me about taking a photo of her dog asking if i 'would like it if I took a photo of your child' which I had my kids with me. It's a dog. Don't bring your dog if you don't want people paying attention to it. 'It's sick, it's my child' I told my kids we're leaving where she then made childish fake laughter sounds. I asked if she was the own which she said she was- I said I couldn't believe the owner of a business would be acting this way. She followed me out to the street where she kept harassing me in front of everyone. Do not support a business would treat a a mother and her two children like this!!!!!! read more

Clothing jewelry and music Himalayan Handicrafts is one of those tiny little places that is absolutely packed with stuff. In the nice weather they put some of the clothing outside so there is more room but it still is difficult to move around. Lots of very colorful clothes, some antiques, jewelry, funky masks, music thingies, incense and unusual religious items are in every corner and wall. A very stimulating place to look around. The inventory is always changing and new stuff appears every time you visit the store and because of the incense the place always smells great. It fact you can find it just by following your nose. The last time I was there I found a madal, a little two sided drum from Nepal with goat skins heads and that is played with the fingers. Wasn't what I was looking for but I bought it anyways. Turns out it blends extremely well with my ouds and harp and sounds very medieval. An unexpected but pleasant find. Himalayan Handicrafts is not the type of store to go when you are looking for a particular item but a great place to find the unexpected. Sometimes the unexpected is exactly what you always wanted. Chommo is a lovely lady. I left my purse hanging on a rail while I tried on some shirts (lovely by the way, I bought two) and didn't notice until the store was shut. I was only visiting P'Town for the day and traveling to Virginia the next day. I asked the police to call her and see if she would be kind enough to come back and open up the store. Which she did. Wouldn't accept a penny from me (bad karma) and was as nice as could be to her stupid customer. I love her shirts for their colors and softness. And I love her for her kindness. read more

The first shop I visited on my second day in Provincetown. I had a lovely conversation with the clerk about native foods and how the foods we Americans consume are probably contributing to the downfall of our health. This place has some handsy employees. Don't check your phone and put it back in your bag in this store. I was accosted by an employee after leaving Himalayan Handicrafts. She walked up to me in front of a crowd of people and demanded to know what I had in my purse. She then proceeded to unzip my purse and accuse me of stealing from her store.
