I was really hoping for something very different to the usual curries, but I could easily have imagined getting something similar from an Indian takeaway. My wife's noodle dish was reminiscent of chicken chow mein you'd get from the Chinese takeaway. Having never eaten Nepalese cuisine before, I can't tell if it was just bad luck or if they've blanded everything down for the local Reigate crowd. A real shame.
