Let's start by saying this is a beautiful hotel. I stayed 4 nights and did an upgrade for the first time here. What a great difference. The staff was lovly. Everyone was inviting and helpful. Shout out to the front desk team for killing it everytime I went for a walk or out for a bite to eat. Engagment goes along way here! Gym Pool In Room Dining Restaurant on sute Gray's Starbucks Great views I am definitely coming back to stay here because of their hospitality! The location is great too! Your like 3 minutes from all new waterfront. Great places to eat and have a nice cocktail. If you dont drink then the food dow ln here is Top tier! Go Explore the land. Alot to see down there! My room was stunning with views for days! Comfy bed and pillows what more could I girl ask for. Thank you for your wonderful Teamwork!! One more thing order in room dining and it was bomb.com Everything was hot and freh Cheeseburger with tots cooked perfect. Yes please!

You would think getting a room at a nicer establishment you would not have to deal with bed bugs....

Don't let the area fool ya! This place is extremely clean, modern and updated, extra safe and secure and you cannot find a more hospitable, helpful and welcoming staff! Jeremy, who seems to be the manager, is phenomenal! He will know you by your name, assure all your needs are attended to and makes your stay feel as a 4 star minus the monogram robe! such a classy and kind host! Could give him and his staff higher than 5 stars or I would! My reviews are often negative. Relocating for work and decided to take time securing my new house!

Lobby area and a wedding about to take place. Although I can assure you they practiced social distancing

Super clean and well kept hotel. We arrived for a funeral which required a 2 day stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we were safe and attended to. The rooms were spacious and clean. You have the option when you check in to have room cleaned every day or not. I think this is a great option to have. The hotel also has a good amount of under ground parking and direct access to the lobby. Checking in was fast and accommodating. Across the hotel is a beautiful park for your puppies as this hotel is pet friendly. There is a farmers market on the weekends and a port nearby. Good stay and comfortable. Price was reasonable and we'll worth it. They also have a starbucks in the lobby and the restaurant has take out available

Hotel is very close to the water front , well worthy the money Pat for the room . Selena really gave us one of the best room .. to watch the fireworks from our bed .. God bless her heart . Swimming pool was good and the room very clean .. parking was ok be careful in your way out with the gate don't hit your car ..

Decent hotel in downtown Vancouver that could be a lot more than what it actually is. The hotel is clean and in good location. That's about all the positive I can give it! Negative: beds are not comfortable, walls are super thin and you will hear your neighbors-so good luck with that good night of sleep. Lobby does not have complementary coffee nor a little shop to buy necessities such as toothpaste or Advil. They will direct you to a convenience shop few blocks away. I stayed here during the World Cup and their cable package did not involve a single game!!!! I called the front desk and offered to pay to be given better access but that was declined. I was told to stream it on my phone or laptop! No kidding! The flat iron worked but was cracked and leaked water. Parking is $18 per day for self serve or $23 for a valet, but do not expect a fast service at all!!! If your tent has holes and leaking rain, you could stay in this Hilton. Otherwise, I suggest another hotel.

I was very satisfied with the Hilton Vancouver Washington hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Our only problem was we requested a bath mat for our tub and had to call guest services several times before one was brought to our room. Great location. Buffet breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here one night for a wedding and the room was perfect. Check in and check out was super simple and fast. Came with everything we needed. We slept like babies in the bed. Would stay here again if ever needed a vancouver hotel. The restaurant in the hotel has great food and drinks -Grays. We found free parking right out front by Ester shore back since it was the weekend when we stayed. (Free parking on the street on the weekends). My sister had her reception here so we got here earlier and used one of the banquet rooms for her guest. The hotel allowed us to decorate however we wanted. The food they served was phenomenal. The only negative thing was there were issues with the sound system, we needed sometime to plug an iPhone in for the speakers and there was mis-communication and it took longer then needed for the music to be working. The hotel tried to charge my sister to use a cord - almost $250 that they didn't even use. It's 2019, there shouldn't had been any issues with the sound system with everything being organized well in advanced. This is not the cheapest hotel, but it is a beautiful one. They've redone many things to be more modern.

There are two Homewood Suites in Washington State that are our "go to" places for a weekend away…read more One is the Homewood Suites in Richland. The other is this particular property. The property was going through a full remodel the last time we stayed. Our room had not been one of the remodeled rooms, having a fireplace, a dining table, and seating that was comfortable. A member of the team who dined with us was easily accommodated at the table. When we arrived we were a bit disappointed. We were scheduled for a 4:00 PM arrival and check in. We stopped for dinner first, arriving at about 5:00 PM and our room was not ready. We went back to our car and waited until about 5:25 when we were notified our room was ready. We were expecting the same comfortable feeling as our last visit. The room was now very modern, almost cold feeling. Don't get me wrong, the room was comfortable except a high back chair was no longer in the room, a modern "L" shaped sofa bed with a low back was in the living room. The room lacked any of the character we have come to expect. I commented to staff whom I met on our last stay, and they privately agreed. There was no longer a table in the suite. Instead there was a "waterfall" bar height "table." The suite was as shown in the photos with the fireplace having been removed during the remodel. The breakfast buffet was above average with different offerings every morning to go along with the eggs. The breakfast area still had the lodge feeling that we have come to expect. It was clean and very comfortable. Coffee was strong and hot, so I was happy. The property was well maintained, except the garbage outside of our room was not emptied in the four days/three nights we were there. The room did not meet our expectations as they were based on our last stay. Things change, I understand that. Had the room been ready on time and the garbage been emptied from immediately outside of our room this would have been a much better review.

The highlights (apologize for no pics of the room itself): - large room with nice quality furniture (hefty, solid) - comfortable bed - spacious bathroom, well laid out with thoughtful placement of the necessities - typical wall-mounted body wash, shampoo, and conditioner with a nice holistic blend (not heavily perfumed) Recommend the 4th floor, which gives you access to a large outdoor seating area just off the elevator bank (sorry, no ciggies or cigars allowed). Each floor has its own "hydration station" (toot toot!) with ice, a water dispenser with 3 settings for room temp, ice and water, or just ice for your sippy cup. And a microwave! That was a nice touch. Didn't try the restaurant, but the bar was a great square design with 2 large TVs for your favorite sports game that were visible from most of the seating. Local musicians play live on Fridays and Saturdays, and they were QUALITY. Bartenders were professional and friendly, with a flair for some great mixology (thanks, Leo!!). The 24 hour market in the lobby was stocked with anything you could need! Sundries, snacks, beer, and wine, you name it! And best of all, we were located on the newly developed waterfront with a wide array of walkable restaurants, tasting rooms, breweries, and a several mile path along the beautiful Columbia River. Additionally, just a short walk away was the lovely year-round, rain or shine Farmer's Market by Esther Short Park, which had an amazing variety of local offerings. Worth every penny, and we look forward to staying there again next year.

My wife and I stayed here for one night while in town for a wedding. The facility is beautiful and…read morehas much to offer, along with a few minor drawbacks. It is situated on the Columbia River so many of the rooms have partial or full river views. On a beautiful spring day, that's hard to beat. Our guest room was nicely appointed with a king bed, sleeper sofa, work station, huge TV, coffee and tea service, a small fridge with bottled water and glasses, iron and board, and in-room safe. The bathroom had the usual amenities along with the choice of a shower wand or overhead rain shower. Staff was helpful and attentive, from the desk clerk who checked us in to the server at the lounge to the desk attendant who rang up our purchases from the pantry off the lobby. The drawbacks, at present, include that the restaurant is closed for renovation. Guests can order from the menu of small plates and dine at tables that have been moved into the bar area, but it lacks the ambience of a proper stand-alone restaurant. As to the "bar" side, they have a list of specialty cocktails, including a "Signature Gin & Tonic" made with Hendrick's gin, a thin slice of cucumber cut lengthwise and wrapped inside the glass, and a star anise for an additional layer of flavor. Another drawback, in my estimation, is the nightly charge of $35 for parking. I heard one guest talking about using street parking, which is free overnight, rather than pay what he saw as an over-the-top charge. Given the hotel's nightly room rates, I understand his point. A third drawback is something that is all too common in hotels: curtains that do not close all the way and let the morning light come streaming in much too early. Unfortunately, the curtain is a single panel that runs from wall to wall, so guests don't have the option of using a binder clip to keep two halves together as at many hotels. The AC Vancouver Waterfront is within easy walking distance of Waterfront Way with its eclectic collection of restaurants, shops, stores, breweries and wine tasting rooms. There are also other hotels nearby, including the Hotel Indigo, which boasts an indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge that our son recommended. All told, a very positive experience we would not hesitate to repeat.

The Good The hotel is located in the newish Vancouver (WA) waterfront west of I-5 bridge. Hotel has a valet ($$$$) but there is plenty of metered street parking nearby and a newly built parking garage one block away. The hotel itself is new, smells good, fireplace in lobby, and well-appointed throughout. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and my check-in was quick. Free wine tasting in lobby and drink coupons for restaurants (more on these later). The rooms are well appointed and clean with comfortable beds, large TV, and even a bedside sound machine and earplugs (hmmm, more on that later). Nespresso machine, bottled water, small fridge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion in bathroom. The hotel is designed with a large atrium in the middle with all room facing inward. This includes a large space on Floor 2 where all floors look down on and includes comfortable seating areas, communal desks with plugs, etc. However on both of my visits this space was either unavailable or overrun by event groups. For dining, the 13 Coins restaurant ($$ pub), El Gaucho ($$$$ steak), top floor bar ($$$), and coffee shop ($) are connected to hotel. And within two blocks are at least 10 restaurants. Room service is also available. Needs Improvement Hotel fees. Although I didn't notice on my first visit, the hotel's taxes and fees are high, most notably a sneaky daily $29 called "Destination Fee." Or as I call it "the Spirit Airlines approach." Can't you just build into the room price? I didn't see this when I booked but guessing there's some fine print somewhere. It also explains the "complimentary" drink coupons at check-in. So here's how my $423.30/night broke out, $354.35 Accommodation $23.03 State Sales Tax (6.5%) $8.15 City Tax (2.3%) $7.09 County Lodging Tax (2%) $2.00 Tourism Fee $29.00 Destination Fee Hotel noise. The hotel has both outside and inside noise. Outside it's cars, motorcycles, tugboats, and people up and down the main street out front and river. Cue the earplugs and sound machine. Higher floors facing the river are better. Weekdays - and I experienced this on both visits - it's the convention they are hosting. And they host a lot of groups. People gather in the main atrium space where all rooms are exposed. My room was on the second floor where I had people gathered 15 ft from my door chatting early in the morning and socializing into the evening. I recommend avoiding floor 2 and going with floor 4+. Space availability. On both visits the atrium space was reserved to groups and unusable to guests. So for portions of my visit I had to stay in my room to work and relax vs use the space as advertised when I booked. Call ahead to find out what groups may be booked. All in all, I had pleasant stays and would return at $199/night or midweek to avoid noise. But I can't justify $400+ again.

I told him to forget it and I would go elsewhere once I changed clothes. The staff with the exception of Renee were not helpful. She was professional, emphatic and efficient. Unfortunately, she worked day shift. I came back to the hotel at 4 am and my key once again did not work. The front desk person was a disheveled male who was asleep at the front desk. I had to bang on the window and wake him up in order to get in to the hotel. He was extremely rude. I think that he was actually a maintenance worker. The next day, once again my key didn't work and this time a housekeeper was in the hallway and opened the room for me and offered to go and get me a new key. She did this and I sincerely did appreciate it. However, that night the girls soccer team stayed there and were running up and down the hallways and the noise level went up again. It wasn't the girls fault. The hotel is under renovation and should be closed until completed. They are developing a horrible reputation in the community. If I had read the Google and Yelp reviews prior to booking the reservation, we would have never booked that hotel. I was there for 4 nights and 5 days. Never once did housekeeping clean my room even though I asked at the front desk. I was told later that because they are renovating, they are short staffed and don't have to clean the rooms. Unbelievable. And to make matters worse, they ended up telling me if I wanted to extend my stay I would have to move to a different floor. My mother was dying and the last thing that I wanted to do was switch rooms. Therefore, I decided to check out and move to a different hotel. Because of the horrible experience that I had there: keys not working (had to be replaced 3 times during my stay), getting locked out of the hotel, internet not working, no room housekeeping services, rude unhelpful staff and a leaky shower that when I tried to sleep it never stopped even though I did inform the front desk that it was an issue and the fact that even though we called to complain, we were told that we would get a refund within 3 days. This didn't happen so we called again. We were informed that Jessica the onsite manager denied the refund and stated that there were no issues. I would never stay there again. The fact that they are renovating and short staffed along with NO amenities is unfortunate. However, due to their bad behavior, I will NEVER stay there again and am now reconsidering whether or not to stay at anymore Hilton properties as there are definitely other options available. They may have stolen/robbed me of the money that I paid for the room. But, in the long run, I am going to tell everyone that I know to avoid any Hilton properties in Vancouver, Washington.

Confirmed reservation. Arrived at 3am after a 7 hour flight delay and there was absolutely no one…read morethere to let me in. For 20 minutes I knocked, buzzed, called over and over, even walked the perimeter. No one came. Locked out of a hotel I had already paid for and unable to even check in. I had a corporate workshop to deliver that morning and needed to be up by 7am. Instead I was finding emergency accommodation at 3:30am out of my own pocket. Management's response was that we "missed each other." I was outside for 20 minutes and saw nobody at all....thats not "missing each other" They refunded the original reservation but declined to cover the $170 I spent elsewhere or offer any real compensation. They advertise a 24-hour front desk but that was not my experience at all. Buyer beware if you're arriving late.

My family is impressed! Clean, comfortable, amazing breakfast. Pet friendly, but the rooms don't…read morelook or smell like they've had pets in them. By far, the most important thing is customer service. Abby, front desk, was so welcoming & professional, had all the answers we needed, volunteered ideas to improve our stay, and if I lived in Vancouver, I would cultivate a friendship with her. So nice!!! Also, above and beyond kindness, is Ronny. Front desk, he was accommodating when my friend was having a personal issue. Very friendly and professional.

If there was a negative they would get it…read more I arrived at 2pm and saw an elderly man at the counter asking to check in. Abby, the lady at the front desk stated he could check in early if he left a review. The gentleman did not know how so Abby took his phone and proceeded to make a review with his phone. When I got to the counter she informed me my room was ready and I needed to make a review to check in early (check in is at 4 and it was a little after 2). I said fine and she took my license, debit card and wrote me out a parking pass. She then asked to see the review. I stated I would do it in my room so I could leave a review on the room. She then looked at me and said my room was no longer ready. Abby said I could come back at 4. When I asked how it was ready a minute ago when she took my personal info and gave me a parking pass she simple said condescendingly that housekeeping needs to look at it. She told me I could wait in the lobby if I wanted too. After waiting 45 min I asked her if I could get checked in now and she dismissively said no and walked away. Needless to say I won't be staying here. I went down the road to Hilton and they are AMAZING! So welcoming, kind and professional. They got me a room right away and because of my horrible experience at Comfort they gave me some freebies. That is what hospitality is all about. If you are thinking of staying here DON'T! Go down a few blocks to the Hilton.
