The woods are open to pedestrians and people on horses, though I did not see any horses. The trails are extensive and on foot it would take a full day to cover them all, particularly given the fact that they are quite sandy. What were marked as streams on the map seemed just to be sand as well with no water; these must be transient streams. The main paths were quite large, while some of the more peripheral trails meant for humans only were more solid ground and less sand, but were a bit overgrown. No facilities were available, but the place was free and was no trouble to get to.

Staff we encountered this day were pleasant and helpful. Offered us water after our time was up and even gave me some ear plugs when he noticed how easily startled I was by the sounds. Protective mask and gloves were given to us, also offered pants since I wasn't planning on going in when we arrived. Time limit didn't seem too strict and the included items to break in the price did last a while. They play music while you're in the rooms too. We all had a good time and could definitely use coming back a couple more rounds.

It's pleasant enough, but the modest distance is irritating, particularly in light of the longer greenway trail just north of here on the same creek. I discovered The Nuk Camp on Instagram and fell in love with the concept and animals. Who wouldn't…read morewant to spend the night with cows, sheep and llamas?! My fiancée and I!!!! We booked online through Airbnb and ended up staying at the groovy cow yurt. It's a tent with air conditioned/ heater, WiFi, bathroom and shower outside with a small fridge, coffee maker and 1 bed. It's like camping but glamping. Hannah was quick to respond with any questions we had. Check-in was easy. Starts at 2:00 pm. Haylee was our cohost. She was very sweet and helpful. There are other yurts and 1 camper on the property but you have all the privacy you need on this big farm. You are out in the middle of nowhere so make sure to pack some food. There are rules you must follow. Please do not feed the animals regular food. They are on a special diet which they give you a bucket in your tent. The sheep are from Switzerland and their highland cows are from Scotland. They are super friendly and give you lots of affection. If you don't want to stay, you are able to book different activities with the animals , there are upcoming events, photography session, weddings and more! My fiancée and I spent a majority time with the sheep. Feeding and petting them. We got to meet the highland cows which was very cool. You are able to walk around the farm if you like. At the time, the llamas and donkeys were not out. At the end of the night, we were able to light a bonfire and relax. You have a beautiful view of the farm and the animals roaming around. In the morning you wake up and there they are. We slept good. The beds were comfortable, the shower outside was something I've never done and thought it was a neat experience to be out in nature. Having coffee with the sheep was also cool! To think I found this place and it's on the way to my parent's home in Augusta. I highly recommend you pay them a visit. They have a location in Georgia and Florida. We told them that we are coming back next year! I can't wait. You get your pet therapy and to spend the night at the farm? Yes! That's the life!

That made it must see experience when we came to town. We booked the Groovy Cow Yurt via Airbnb and couldn't wait to see all the animals. The staff were all super friendly and informative about all the animals. We loved spending time feeding and petting all of them. The yurt was very comfortable too with a nice big bed. The shower and bathroom amenities were outside of the yurt which took a little getting used to but we still liked. We especially loved having our morning coffee with all the goats. If you decide to stay, they have four different yurts and a camper you can stay in. They also offer a number of different activities with the animals even if you don't stay on the property. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and would absolutely stay there again.
