There were no hidden surprises -- his quote was very clear and itemized, making it extremely easy to negotiate and align. That same attention to detail carries forward in his execution. I requested his services for a gardening/landscaping project, and he delivered in a way that exceeded our expectations. He also had some strong recommendations on how to improve some things as well. It's clear that Tim enjoys his work, values his customers, and is willing to go the extra mile.

We recently bought a house that had undisclosed water issues that got in the way of our plans to…read morefinish the basement. We reached out to our neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations. We've learned to get lots of estimates and lots of opinions ahead of time. Premier Waterproofing came up a couple times as a recommendation. We had 6 different companies out to look at the project and provide us an estimate. Jed at Premier Waterproofing Group was the 7th. As soon as he left we decided he was the one to go with. We actually had 3 other companies scheduled after him that we cancelled. Most of the other companies were super "saley" and Jed wasn't. Jed was respectful, knowledgeable and instantly we could tell he's just a good guy. A lot of other companies have a set way of doing things and aren't willing to or interested in deviating from their normal. Jed was totally accommodating to everything we wanted to accomplish. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions during our appointment and via phone/text. He also went above and beyond to offer some advice/feedback/guidance on upcoming projects. He also found out that I was promised the game room done last year and offered to squeeze us in between other jobs. Today was our install day and we couldn't be more happy with the experience. Jed and his team arrived and were incredibly professional, skilled and polite the entire time. They also didn't even flinch when we asked them to wear masks while working inside the home which shows how respectful they are. You can also tell the pride they take in their work. Jed couldn't have made it clearer that if we ever need anything or have any problem at all, to reach out to him. He stands behind his work and has an awesome warranty to back it up. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everybody and anybody.

His prices are very fair, his workmanship goes above and beyond. He even replaced 2 of gutters because they were flimsy without adding to the bill. He stays with his crew and they were hardworking and respectful. They also cleaned up, you wouldn't believe how some contractors have a hard time doing especially roofers and people who do siding or things like that. But everything was done topnotch! If you want a good roof, done right(Look online at what can go wrong if you don't have a good contractor to do your roof, that is scary!;) At a fair price, Drew and his guys are the ones to get it done!
