My journey with Ergeon began in the first week of February when I was connected with Gabriella. I was hopeful and eager to get started on my fence project, which was simply an extension to an existing fence. From the outset, I provided all the requested documentation in a timely and efficient manner, believing that this would expedite the process. However, what followed was a series of delays, miscommunications, and outright negligence. After a week of silence, I called to follow up, only to be told that more documentation was needed. I promptly provided the additional information, assuming this would resolve any issues. Yet, three weeks later, I decided to contact the city directly to check on the status of my permit. To my shock, I discovered that the permit had been denied twice by two different departments due to incorrect information provided by Ergeon. This was incredibly frustrating, as it was entirely avoidable had the correct information been submitted in the first place. When I tried to reach out to Aragon (presumably the project manager or representative handling my case), I was met with complete radio silence. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, I received no phone calls, no feedback, and no updates. The customer service representatives I spoke with were friendly, but their hands were tied, and they could not provide any meaningful assistance or escalate my concerns to someone who could actually resolve the issue. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. I have been waiting over a month for a project that should have been straightforward. Instead, I have been left in the dark, with no resolution in sight. I requested to cancel my order, but even that has been ignored. I have not received any email confirmation or acknowledgment of my cancellation request. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. In summary, my experience with Ergeon Fence has been a nightmare. The lack of communication, the incorrect information provided to the city, and the inability to reach anyone who can address my concerns have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend Ergeon Fence to anyone. She responded and asked me some questions and then gave me a realistic timeframe for when I could expect a quote. She was fantastic to deal with, and she was able to take the admit minimal information I had and provide me with a phenomenal and detailed quote. Not only that but she was able to take my concerns and relay them to her team and come back with a solution for my fencing problem that actually came in under the budget I had requested. Would recommend to my closest friends and family! We were moving from out of state and the wanted a fence installed ASAP cause we have dogs. Ergeons remote walk through and estimate process was amazing, a lot of places required us to be on site which wasn't possible. Ergeon went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They communicated and got everything done in a timely manner. They dealt with all the hiccups in our closing process and date changes with ease. Incredible! Raul took care of all the details and was very friendly and responsive to all my questions ( immediate response when i would text or email him ). We found the whole Ergeon team to be wonderful to work with. Manny was great at helping us design the layout and pick the fencing material. We then worked with Marilyn who coordinated the installation. She was in frequent contact with us leading up to and after the installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Jorge and his team were able install the new fence in one day. We requested a few changes to how the gate was installed. When other fencing companies didn't even bother to return my calls, Ergeon quickly scheduled a video call based estimate and emailed me the terms of the contract immediately. It was super helpful to have someone skilled with the fencing design software show me in real time how the fence would be laid out. I received another quote for the same work that was for far more, but didn't come with the excellent customer service - or option for financing. I've been working with Ergeon's customer service to get a fence built around my new home. So far, it's been just great. Nicolas was my single point of contact and he has been friendly, helpful, patient, warm, and professional as we sorted through what my options were and went through various iterations to "get it right". I am really looking forward to phase two of all of this. She took the time to answer my questions, provided me with multiple options, and the entire process was done via my phone walking around the property. She was able to provide me a quote immediately and also provided me with the contact information to our local municipality to obtain any needed permits to install the fence. I needed a fence installed. I contacted them for an estimate. They replied in a timely manner. They stayed in contact with me during the entire process. I did get a few other estimates. Their prices were higher. 1 company lost my estimate. They said they'd call me back after looking for it. Never heard from them again. This company is very professional, efficient and reliable. I was always able to contact Luis with questions and his response time was very quick. The crew worked steady and quickly to complete my job in one day. The fence is very sturdy and straight.
