SHOULDNT EVEN GET 1 STAR! i went to go get my prom dress…read morealtered and i was told it wouldn't be too expensive because i didn't need much of an alter. she asked if i wanted bustles (not knowing what they were) and i said yes but then later on i ended up telling her that i wouldn't need them because my dress isn't in my way when i walk. i chose to not get them because my dress was already really expensive and i didn't want to add more onto it. it took her a couple weeks to alter it and when i went to go try it on, SHE ADDED BUSTLES AND SEWED RIGHT THROUGH MY DRESS!!!! i couldn't comfortably put it on without thinking i was going to rip something. she fixed it and i ended up telling her that i didn't need the bustles and i asked for her to NOT add them but she did. i brought it up asking for my $30 OVER CHARGE and Vallari the owner, said that i should've talked to her about it in the first place and should've of made her drive "all the way BACK to town to fix it" when she's the one who messed it up in the first place. she told me that she doesn't write random stuff down on a paper just to over charge people when i specifically told her to NOT add the bustles. she told me she won't be refunding ALL of my money because she used the materials and time. she asked for my venmo and RUDELY hung up on me when i was telling it to her. i messaged her my venmo and i ended up having to call her TWO times leaving voice mails each time complaining that she STILL hasn't venmoed me for the money she owes me. i called the store and she said that she venmoed me THIS morning after a week of her avoiding my calls and texts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND NOT POLITE AT ALL! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER PLACES THAT WONT OVERCHARGE!!!

Let me get this right he has been in business 50 years and quotes me 100 to 125 and then proceeds to jack up the price over 100% of his lowest quote and almost 100% of his highest quote. He did give me a Veterans discount of 21,69$ so what, he went above and beyond to take advantage of me. I highly recommend that you do NOT HAVE REPAIRS DONE THERE.
