Today the check wasn't good enough for them as I have "an out of state id, an out of state bank, and a in state address." Quite frankly I should've lied and just left my address as the incorrect address on the check--but I figured I would be a Good Samaritan and write my correct address on them for verification purposes. If the manager would've been polite I wouldn't be writing a review, however I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of home projects AND products at this store before via a check and it has never been an issue. When I asked her why it didn't work today but it had worked two weeks ago when I was last in, her response was "idk it doesn't work today" and when I asked if I could write a check for a portion and a card of the other she said "nope-when you get an in state is it'll work." I get it it's a stressful season, but it was 1030 on a Monday and it's far from busy in the store. I honestly won't be coming back into this store unless my employer asks me to pick some decorations up for our store.

We wear told that it could be 8 weeks for two of them and possibly 12 weeks on the other two. We made a down payment of over half the price. It's now been 15 weeks! Last week we were told that they have to order 60 items in order to place the order. Thinking that the more recliners they can get on a truck load, the more they save on shipping, at their customers' expense. Needless to say that we will not be buying anything more from Johnson Furniture.

I called to place the order and talked to the owner Jeanie. I just wanted to be sure to get the exact flower arrangement as shown on the website and get it to the funeral on time. Jeanie helped me with the flower arrangement and the delivery coordination. I can't believe what I saw after Jeanie texted me a photo of the completed product and got it to the funeral so quick. The flowers looked exactly as shown on the website. Looked fresh and beautiful!!! This business is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend it!

I was stumped on what to put on the card and she offered a suggestion that was just perfect. She also guided me to have the flowers sent to the visitation and explained that the funeral home would move them to the church. I didn't know how this worked. Once Jeannie created the arrangement, she texted me a picture of it and it was beautiful. She created exactly what I had hoped for. Highly recommend Jeannie!!
