Unfortunately, the flowers never arrived. So, I called Le Sueur Florist, and my call went to voicemail. I left a voicemail, but my call was never returned. So, I tried two other methods of contact, explaining that my flowers had never arrived. Finally, after leaving a message on their website, the florist texted back that she had personally put the flowers together, and the driver had delivered them. That was all I heard. Delivered where? The receptionist at my wife's office confirmed that no flowers arrived. And, even though I supplied the correct address, she contacted five other health care facilities in the surrounding area, just on the off chance that the delivery had somehow gone to one of those places. Nope. None of them had received any flowers, either. So, that was $85 wasted. My wife received zero flowers, and I received zero customer service. Lesson learned. Never buy flowers online.
