I've ridden horses before, but I've never actually had to purchase all the individual items needed for one. We grabbed the things we knew, but once we got to the bits, ties, and all the other pieces, we quickly found ourselves asking, "Do we need this?" and "What's the proper name for that thing that connects to the other thing?" One of the customer service ladies asked if we needed help, and we told her we were looking for a low-port bit. She immediately said she knew exactly who we needed to talk to and introduced us to Kayla! Kayla was an absolute delight. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find the remaining items we needed. What impressed me most was how much she cared about the comfort of our horse without ever even meeting him. She took the time to explain the differences between the different options, what would work best, and what would be most comfortable for him.
