They kept sending a bill although only 112$ but did not care it was under warranty as I had to pay for the service call. I left messages for the owner to call many times with no response. Beware: They are the worst example of a company who does not honor their inferior materials with work. I paid this as I feel they were ready to place a lien for this.

He and his colleague removed an old mattress and left the new one in about 5-10 minutes. 5/5 The mattress was a replacement one. We bought a mattress in 2022 with a warranty and Bob Mills and Kingsdown stood behind their product when the mattress broke down long before the warranty was up. 3/5 The process to get it replaced was lengthy. I began the process on Memorial Day weekend (or very near the end of May) and it's the day after Labor Day when we finally got the new one delivered. I felt like communication was lacking. I would go weeks without hearing anything, have to start a new customer service ticket, and eventually someone would look into the situation. But we went through three processes of sending pictures before we were finally awarded the replacement mattress. Once we got that letter, though, the process at Bob Mills was easy. There was a little communication issue about when it would be delivered, but aside from being frustrated, we worked it out with minimal inconvenience. The only thing it cost me was a delivery fee, which seems fair. And we have a comparable mattress that I really hope holds up to its 10-year warranty.
