She took out the manual, and found my answer. She suggested I keep the receipt and return it, if it's not what I wanted. THEN...she said, " Next time you come in, let us know how you like it! We want to hear about how people feel about the products we sell!!!!" I've heard a lot of good things about this light." Although I love shopping on Amazon, this kind of customer service is something that can't happen with on line shopping. I also got some beautiful plants that were 50% off! You can't get this size anywhere for under 10.00 (see picture) and you can't beat their quality. With Spring in the air, I'm loving their beachy themes and tons of flamingo items. They have a lot of Christian items, plus a great selection of Easter decorations. No other store has a selection like this. They have it all!! If Hobby Lobby doesn't have it, they don't make it.

I went in to buy a specialty pencil and possibly some small tools at Evans ceramics. I was quoted a…read moreprice on the pencil that was lower than the price on it. I pointed this out and suggested I could buy some additional tools if the salesman gave me the price he quoted in the first place. This would loose him 2 dollars on the pencil but gain him 14 on the tools. So he wouldn't go for that so I just bought the pencil. When I asked if they carried an expensive type of glaze he said they did and walked away. I'm willing to spend more to buy local but not if you treat me badly when I shop with you. These were small items but I've been looking into some more expensive kilns and other supplies. I'm also the person who does a lot of the buying for a local art center. Unfortunately I will be purchasing online from now on.

It seemed to be fine for everyone else. But I would have liked to dole out my own paint, because they gave me the wrong amounts because they didn't know how much I was going to use on any of it. So they gave me the same amount for all the colors. Not unreasonable. I am autistic and I have trouble speaking when a situation is new to me. So I couldn't articulate this at the time. Anyway, it all worked out and I am happy with the result. :) I would absolutely return. I had a great time with girlfriends, painting pottery and chatting.
