I ordered an italian chicken cutlet sandwich (chopped), fries comes on it of course, along with mayo, ketchup, pepper (hold the salt), and grilled onions (hold the peppers). I usually go with a half portion is more than enough; a whole could easily feed two or more people. I am glad to see that that hasn't changed, despite the prices going up and the 3% surcharge if you do not pay in cash. Pro tip: if you can, pay in cash!!! My sandwich was delicious! Better than the last time. It was made precisely to my liking, just the way I ordered it. The service over the phone was friendly and in the store for pick up it was efficient and swift. I was in and out, thankfully, because it was crowded. If ever the craving strikes again, I'll be back!

I immediately looked this shop up, and it absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the #4 Half Italian Sub (pictured), and my fiancé got the Unlimited Cheeseburger Sandwich (not pictured), which was HUGE. Both sandwiches were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. The experience was even better because of the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. They could tell it was our first visit, recommended their favorite sandwiches, and shared a little about the shop's history and how long they've been in business. Between the genuinely friendly service and the delicious food, they've already earned two repeat customers. This place is officially a new staple for us, and we can't wait to come back!

I ordered Uber Eats from here on Saturday & the food was delicious!…read more I ordered the bacon platter and my friend ordered the French toast platter. The potatoes in the bacon platter were sooo good. Maybe the best I've ever had. They were soft and perfectly seasoned. I will say the bacon was a tad burnt, which isn't how I prefer my bacon, but I still ate it. The eggs were normal scrambled eggs, so nothing special but they got the job done. My friend enjoyed her French toast platter. For deliveries, it would be nice if they punched holes in the container to release the precipitation so the food doesn't get soggy, but otherwise I have no complaints. I'd definitely order here again.

When you walk in, grab a number from the right-hand side. They'll call your number when it's time to order, and once your food is ready, you'll head to the register on the left to pay. Now, about the food. This place is part deli, part liquor store, part dessert shop, and somehow they also give away random fresh bread. I know that sounds like a lot, but stick with me. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and every sandwich I've had there has been delicious. My personal favorite is the pastrami on rye with coleslaw and Russian dressing, served warm. The pastrami is tender and flavorful, the rye bread is fresh, and the combination of the creamy coleslaw and tangy Russian dressing takes it to another level. It's one of those sandwiches that has you thinking about it long after you've finished eating. The portions are huge & you can easily split one sandwich into two meals or share it with someone else. While the prices are a little higher than what you'd expect from a deli, the quality and portion sizes make it worth every penny. They accept cash and all major credit cards. They also cater & sell sandwich platters, so keep that in mind!! If you're looking for atmosphere, this probably isn't the place. If you're looking for an outstanding sandwich, it absolutely is!!

Previous time I decided to splurge, someone named Yenni made me an absolutely wonderful sandwich and did so with good positive energy, just great professional customer service. She made me want to come back despite the price, because she made it worthwhile in her service and the quality of sandwich. So I went again today, but Yenni wasn't there. This time I asked the woman making my sandwich if she could put a little extra banana pepper because the ordering kiosk didn't offer that option, and she said, "Did you pay for more???", then when handing me my uncustomized sandwich, she asked to see my receipt when clearly it was my sandwich to begin with. Then later on I found out she put potatoes on my sandwich, which was supposed to be an Italian cheesesteak. Who puts potatoes on an Italian cheesesteak??? So let's review: overpriced and limited customization within what they do have, bad service aside from Yenny, and the food is so-so. I can even put up with so-so food if that's what's in the immediate area, I can put up with paying a few extra bucks if that's all that's in the area, but if you can bind those two and add on poor and unfriendly service, then no thank you. MAYBE if I could get Yenny every time, but I likely won't walk back in there to begin with anyway. So congratulations, you were stingy on not giving me a little more of a topping, and now you've lost a customer in the area who might've otherwise convinced others at my school to use you guys, but hey, you've still got those few extra banana peppers to hang on to.
