I have used Hill's A/C for many years. I will use no other. This time not only did Greg fix the problem by replacing the board and fan motor he also was able to fix some that we didn't even know was a problem. The company that installed my unit did not even have it wired properly. No we are fully running and so thankful. Thank you Greg and Jessica for always looking out for your community and customers. read more

Amazing company! From the beginning from getting quote to finish everyone I had contact with was so professional and personable. Jessica was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Our AC went out during the hottest day of the year and on a weekend at that. We never thought we'd have a chance of having it fixed after business hours. We were experiencing problems with our older A/C unit. It was not cooling our house at all. Greg Hill and Derrick came out, did some trouble-shooting, and found the problem (leak underneath the slab). They located and ordered the not-so-easy to find parts. Because of the rather tight, compact "closet" in which the inside unit is located, Hill's A/C customized parts to accomodate. The unit is working like a brand new unit. I can not thank Hill's A/C enough. I highly recommend Hill's A/C. read more

Heat was not heating. He comes in and says he fixed it, and that it was heating. However, the heat still isn't heating because it is only at 65 and I have it set at 75. It is not heating in the house. He can't find anything wrong. Yet, before, we had a thermostat and when it was heating it was constantly heating to 75 degrees and now the heat isn't working. There has to be something that can be fixed, but he's not fixed it whatsoever. read more

Once he went through that he said it was an ice blockage in the water fill line. He ran a piece of wire that I had up the line and said it was fixed.
