Very similar to the above posting. You might hope that someone working for a company that sells security alarms would be aware that people are usually only going to be calling up in a state of some distress. Either their alarm is going off and they don't know why, or it won't come on and they're anxious. So quite why their telephone answering staff are so monumentally rude is mysterious. I fully accept that I do not know as much about alarms as them, but that's why I'm calling them!
