He even called me back later "by accident" and asked how my alarm was and when I told him what was wrong and asked what I could do about it he told me to "take a 4 year apprenticeship". He obviously did not want my business, he obviously did not want to be normal human being. If you are looking for someone to sort out your alarm do not use this company!

Either their alarm is going off and they don't know why, or it won't come on and they're anxious. So quite why their telephone answering staff are so monumentally rude is mysterious. I fully accept that I do not know as much about alarms as them, but that's why I'm calling them! I have no experience of any other firms, but if anything goes wrong, you really don't want to be with Hillis.
