The area where the golf course is placed is known by local people as Millionaires Drive, as there are a number of very big expensive houses there. There is a lot of greenery, which is very calming after a busy day in the office. You can also hire the functions rooms for seminars. For 18 holes of golf weekday it costs £15.00. Prices for 3 course carvery : £11.50 per head Thursday Friday. £12.50 per head Saturday and Sunday. I have booked this venue for a number of Christmas and leaving do's and have been very impressed.

We first tried Richings Park Golf Club, but were turned away for not being dressed correctly (we were wearing t-shirts and shorts). I found Iver Golf Club online, and called up - to be answered by a very friendly person who assured us that we could play on their course, and whilst it was currently limited to 6 holes, we could play those 6 as much as we liked. Arriving at the course, we were met with more extremely friendly and helpful employees, which was a lovely change compared to our somewhat frosty and snobbish reception at Richings Park. All in all, I am delighted with this golf club, it caters to people who are interested in a simple game of golf without being made to feel like we are partaking in a sport played only by the elite. This range varies from amateurs trying to improve their game, but is also accessible for people wanting to enjoy the game but also making it fun with drinks and food. The cafe is nice and I had the opportunity to relax and drink a coffee in the sun after being at the range. I am yet to try out the 9 hole and 18 hole course but will do another review for that when I do.

Started with Lauren assisting us as we didn't have clubs, letting us know there was a golf clinic and signing us up. Paula and Anna were really friendly, absolutely brilliant customer service across the board including loads of ice on the hottest days of the year (so far). Then Chris the Golf Pro was super helpful, ran a fun, educational and engaging clinic. In fact in the first 45 seconds corrected a swing set up issue that made a massive foundational change and positive impact, excellent instructor. Met new golfers and walked away having had a great evening with 3 new set up/swing focuses. Will definitely return, only wish this location is where I live.
