Also, my husband and I made the trip in from Muskogee to pick up the memorial jewelry. We were greeted with a hello by staff and let them know we were there. We were told our director would be there to present us with our jewelry.It was gorgeous, and the pendant charm consisted of my father in law's thumbprint and father in law's birthstone, and on the back it says DAD 1954-2022, as my husband chose. It has been quite a start to 2023, but having these pendants is just a little reminder of a great guy that made everyone laugh and cared for everyone, even if he did not show it all the time. Thank you again to the staff of Bill Eisenhour and Dignity Memorial for everything. If you need their services, stop by and pay them a visit. They will do you right and honor your requests.

They (and the underwriter) were faithful to honor the pre-arranged, conventional burial policy she had purchased 25 years ago. Harley fully explained a few substitutions that were necessitated for specific items that were no longer available after 25 years, and didn't try and upsell the quiet, simple, country burial she wanted into something more elaborate. (We did purchase assistance with a slide show for the memorial service that turned out well). The funeral home also provided a packet of useful information to assist the family in winding down the few loose end that remain. I was 29 years old, and I hadn't ever planned a funeral. When he found out that my mom had life insurance, he milked me for every dime that he could get out of me and persuaded me to purchase many unnecessary things. My mom was mixed and very fair-skinned. When I went to view her body, she was dark as night and had blisters all over her body. An HVAC tech informed me that he worked on his air at the funeral home while my mom's body was there. And that many of the bodies had started decaying. During the viewing of the body, I put two teddy bears that my kids gave her before she passed in her casket; along with a Mother's day plaque that she gave me before she passed. And, I had her dressed in jewelry. Before the service and the day of the service, I advised him and his staff to remove all of her jewelry, the teddy bears, and the plaque that she gave me. After the burial, I asked him for those things. He removed everything but the plaque. I started sobbing and told him that I needed that. He yelled at me and said it was going to cost me." I asked how much. He informed me $5,000.00. He ruined my mom's body and scarred me for life. He's a dishonest, money-hungry, tacky person. And so is his funeral home. My friend buried his loved one, and he was milked out of most of his life insurance, also.

Then on the day of my son's funeral they rushed everything I waited for everyone to say their goodbyes and went to my son's casket last and they were folding up cloth and tossing it on top of him and I had to toss it out and demand they give me a minute!! They are not caring or compassionate that funeral director needs to retire!! Everytime we were trying to give him information he couldn't even spell or get the correct information on the paperwork without is having to tell him numerous times and practically spell it out for him over and over so no! Not even that process was easy. His remarks about certain things were very unprofessional! Even when we went to head to the cemetery they had to jump the hearse I mean the whole process was like a Madea movie AWEFUL! It has been the saddest time in our lives. Marcus, and the rest of the staff, made us feel like honoring my father was the most important thing going on in their lives. Furthermore, they were priced better than any other funeral homes we checked with (which was a lot). The facility is gorgeous. I just can not say enough about how much they went out of their way to meet all our last minute changes. They did all of this while other businesses were shutting down for bad weather. I had a private Cremation for my beloved 15 1/2 year old cat, Spooky, performed back in January of…read more2018. I can't express how much respect the entire staff treated me. They let me see him one last time before he went into the chamber. They made me feel as if I was having a human being cared for on their last journey. During the cremation process, the staff let me browse around, and pick out several remembrance pieces, and jewelry items that would hold a small amount of Spooky's ashes. They let me cry, and talk about him. The members of the staff checked on me throughput the cremation process to let me know how much longer it would be, and let me know when Spooky was almost ready for me to take home. The staff let me ask questions, and addressed all of my concerns. They really care. Unfortunately, I will be using them again this week due to the loss of our 13 1/2 year old Toy Poodle, Vivi. Again, I have requested a private Cremation. I hope that this process is as wonderful as the last. I will be providing a review as soon as it is completed.
