Alan answered right away and delivered to us in an hour on Sunday afternoon and he was super personable. He did not charge extra for mattresses and assisted us in getting rid of hazardous waste. Then he came promptly the next day to take it all away. Prices are competitive. We would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others. They only have a 15 yd size but were not sticklers about weight.
