Gavin was an excellent communicator, keeping me informed every step of the way and making sure I always knew what to expect. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were satisfied with the outcome. The team also made the insurance process seamless, helping coordinate everything and making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate. The quality of the work was outstanding. Paul Gonzales and his flooring team did an excellent job on our floors, and Albert did a fantastic job matching our Venetian plaster. The attention to detail throughout the project was impressive, and everything blended beautifully with the existing finishes in our home. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. When I had a few concerns, they were more than willing to come back and make sure everything was addressed to my satisfaction. It's clear they stand behind their work and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Vintage Reconstruction. Their professionalism, communication, craftsmanship, and dedication to doing the job right set them apart. Thank you to Gavin, Paul, Albert, and the entire team for a job well done!

Mike Robare, the owner had been a customer of ours when we had our business. Our interactions with Mike had always been good and friendly. When we met with Mike at his office we left feeling we wanted to work with him on the total project of tear down to rebuild. Mike was personable, knowledgeable and communicative. We met with Mike and his recommended architects and put non-refundable deposits down with both. We had plenty of time as we were not going to start until 1st quarter 2026. Within a couple of months we found out we had a family issue that was going to require us to move out of town. This meant we had to cancel our work with Mike. When we called his office we left a message with his secretary letting him know we were disappointed. Since then we have not heard back from Mike, even after several follow-up call/texts on our part. The architects were kind enough to refund a portion of our deposit due to the circumstances. As of this review, we have not heard from Mike.

Jeremy ended up coming out to my house at no charge so he could get eyes on it. He took time out of his day and was extremely respectful and professional. By the time he was done he ended up quoting me, and straight up, he was far more fair than most of these huge companies I spoke to. I've dabbled in some indoor plumbing, but never anything outside and underground. Either way, I didn't want them without water and I was determined to get it done. In the end, I ended up doing the work myself because I had an itch and, I guess, the confidence too. Jeremy even went out of his way to tell me to send pictures or text him as I move along to make sure I wasn't turning a pond into a lake. I ended up getting the job done correctly, and as I sit here now, I can't even think of a better person for the job than him. Not many people go out of their way to help if money isn't involved for them Thank you again, man. Keep up the kind and solid work. Very Respectfully, Corey Ebersole

He was even able to come out that same day. He repaired our system and then gave it an overall inspection. In that inspection he found one problem that needed to be fixed right away so he did. This repair required him moving some border brick and the rocks behind it. When he finished that repair you couldn't even tell that he had done that. I loved that he cleaned up after himself and made the repair look like new. He even provided an analysis report and estimate for future work that either he could do or we should do ourselves. I think he did a great job and for all those things we don't want to do ourselves ... we'll have him come and do it. Great job. Great price.

Our builder wanted us to close on an incomplete home, and they didn't even have a final inspection report before the walk-through. Joe saved us from many potential problems later on. The builder did it for completion but not for a safe move-in. Even with a brand-new build, his extensive experience and keen eye for detail were crucial, especially since those issues aren't visible to uninformed consumers like us. Joe is completely honest and transparent, and he took the time to teach us about every part of the home. He carefully checked everything and found several issues that weren't up to code and posed safety hazards for my family. His detailed report provided us with the exact documentation we needed for our builder. Our builder tried to dispute it, but there was no evidence or standard practice to support their case. We are now waiting for a re-inspection after all the issues have been addressed. Thanks to Joe, we feel much more confident as homeowners! Rey M. Powao
