Let me start by saying when you you arrive at the office it is quite impressive, very state-of-the-art. having had a colonic's hydrotherapy in the past I had an idea of what to expect, at least I thought I did. I am not a fan of the new version of the process for colonics hydrotherapy. There is not enough explained to you about their process. When you complete the process there are no towels to dry yourself after The process. I was told to use the paper towels or the sheet that was covering me. this to me was unacceptable due to the fact of what you are dealing with. I never had to deal with this type of services with other facilities. I will have it done again but not at this facility. Then they will set up a very expensive payment plan. After you agree to the plan they (which they will not refund because its the only way they make money) they will "treat you" This treatment is a serious of adjustments that end up only make the pain worse. When you mention that the pain and disability has gotten worse they will pressure you into continuing the treatment and will even tell you that its normal for the pain to get worse! read more

TERRIBLE business practice!!! I was going to do the HCG Injections but was told my doctor it would not be safe for me to do with a current health issue. I had paid 60.00 for blood work back in April. DID NOT GET BLOOD WORK DONE.. I told them I couldn't use their services and was told I would be refunded the 60.00. I have been trying now for three months to get my $$$$ back and no one is getting back to me and avoiding my phone calls. I was told last month I would be receiving the refund shortly. At the time my son passed away and I was not able to deal with pursuing the money; however, I have been trying to get them to refund it for the past several months and they keep changing their story. One day they made accounting errors and they don't owe me anything. The next they owe me $166. BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME WHEN MY SON DIED. Their accounting and personnel problems have nothing to do with me and I think it is ridiculous that I have had to chase them for over two years to get my own money back while they have been earning interest on it. I bought a Groupon in July for a colon hydrotherapy session. Later on that same month I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. My doctor told me in no uncertain terms that I could not do colon hydrotherapy. I spoke with Groupon about a refund and was told that Hill Chiropractic would refund the base cost of my Groupon since they had already been compensated. I called Hill Chiropractic and the receptionist told me that they don't do refunds but that she would have Carlos call me. Later on that same day, I spoke with Carlos and he said that I could exchange the Colon Hydrotherapy for another service. I chose to have the reflexology which Carlos said would be an equivalent service. We set up the appointment for 3:30 pm-4:30 pm the following Monday. I was told to come 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork before my reflexology session. I arrived at 3:00 pm. I gave the receptionist my name and she asked if I was here for the colon hydrotherapy. I said that I had made the appointment for reflexology not colon hydrotherapy. She gave me a clipboard and instructed me to filled out 5 pages of paperwork--a little excessive for an hour reflexology I thought. But, I did it without complaint. At 3:20 pm, I was escorted to the back where my blood pressure and weight were taken. I was given a 3 minute tour and then sat and talked to the women in charge about other services that were offered. It was now 3:30 pm. I was then escorted to a seating area and told to wait 30 minutes because my appointment wasn't until 4:00 pm. I knew my appointment was at 3:30 (I wrote it right on the Groupon at the time I made the appointment), but I figured that they had messed up so I sat and read a magazine. At 4:07 I was escorted to a reflexology room. I was made comfortable and waited another few minutes or so for the therapist. The room was very cold so she came in with an extra blanket, then started the treatment (4:11 pm according to the clock in the room). I had experienced other foot massages before, but never "reflexology" so I was very much looking forward to it. I was less than half way into the reflexology session (or so I thought) and she said she was finished. The clock read 4:35 pm. I expressed my surprise about the short session and she told me that it was only supposed to be 30 minutes. At the front desk as I was leaving, I also expressed my concern and asked to speak with Carlos. I was told he had left on a family emergency. I was told that my session was only 30 minutes. I spent over an hour filling out paperwork and waiting for a very, very mediocre 24 minute treatment. I am thinking the real reflexologist had a family emergency too. I won't be back. read more

Terrible. Terrible customer service and overall terrible experience. I had about 5 different appointments with Hill and for each one I waited a minimum of 30 minutes before I was seen. Then 4 months after my last appointment I was sent a HUGE bill for services rendered. Upon calling Hill I was told that their financial/insurance person quit and now the new one is catching up on old billing. I replied that I was told that my insurance would cover all costs aside from my co-pays by the old person and that I should not be responsible for services 4 months later. I asked how we could solve this problem and was told that It was simple, all I had to do was give them my credit card information. This really irritated me, but aside from all of that I must also speak to my experience at Hill. First of all I hated waiting 30+ minutes for a scheduled appointments. Then, when I was finally seen, the chiropractor never really seemed to remember what I was there for. Then after my adjustment I was herded off to get "therapy" which resulted in another person who was usually more interested in their conversation with a coworker to apply electrodes to my back. This person too, never really seemed to know or even be interested in my health reasons for being a patient. It was like being a person on their assembly line that was ushered from one station to the next. I will never utilize the services offered at Hill Chiropractic again and I recommend no one else does either. read more

Came to them for chiropractic help after a workplace injury and have been coming here for various treatments ever since. Several years. A few times and your they have special day is called pirates day or hillbilly day and they offer major discounts on those days. On my first visit I had a B12/ combo vitamin injection, colon hydrotherapy and finished off with an ionic foot detox bath. I eat all organic and make healthy choices with my body, getting regular chiropractic, exercise, massage but still was feeling low energy and sluggish when I went in. I came out feeling cleaned out, and like I was getting a fresh start. After my pregnancy I did the hcg injection program and dropped all my pregnancy weight by 4 weeks. I also go there for the vitamin injections I love their injections and have had almost all of them.
