From edgers to soil to rock and others in between. As we entered, we were greeted by a happy associate. Her smile was genuine and she was very personable. It's nice to go into a place by someone who's happy to have you there. My husband went to place our order for topsoil. I was fascinated to see a beautiful aviary with lots of colorful, native finches. They were very happy and chirped. The woman behind the counter asked if we'd seen their Flintstone mobile. I told her no so she took me out. The thing actually works! Another thing I loved were the very large dinosaurs who greet you when you arrive. Each bay or space was loaded with every kind of rock of different sizes and type of stone. In another section was soils, different colored mulches. I was very impressed by how clean Rock Solid was. Even though there were massive trucks delivering supplies. Other trucks immediately followed and cleaned behind them. Delivery was today. Excellent driver, on time and very nice. Either I sprayed the weeds or my parents would hire their house cleaner's son to pull out the weeds. Later, I found out my parents (who are in their 90's) were paying $90/mo to have their lawn fertilizer and rock bed weeds killed. I discontinued their weed service. Green 365 were billing my parents for fertilizing monthly by mail, which they were paying. One day they decided to send me their monthly bill by email without telling me or my parents. I opened one of the emails and noticed that they were two months behind on payments and started charging them a $15 late fee. I called Jaye at Green 365, canceled their service, because he was very rude and told me it wasn't his problem. I told them I wasn't paying the $15 late fee because they never contacted me or my parents about the change on billing. They have been billing my parents (92 & 94 years old) who both have memory loss. They have been adding $15 late fee for the past year. My parents just received a bill and was totally upset. Not impressed with this person/company at all. I wonder how many other people they are taking advantage of.

Just the facts…read more Please see our agreement, where they state 100% satisfaction guarantee- lies 6/1 - I called Veterans tree service 6/1 - I met with a representative at the company and they gave me a estimate of $2000 this was to remove 2 trees and trim one in the front, the estimate person insured me they were professionals and could handle the job, he said it was no problem they'd be using a cherry picker. I was told I would have to wait two weeks. 6/11 - I called to see when the job was scheduled and Samantha told me she couldn't tell me until the morning of on Tuesday. 6/14 - call Samantha again on the morning she still told me she couldn't tell me when they were going to be there. I waited about 4 or 5 hours. 6/14 - I finally left cuz I had to get to a meeting I got a call from the owner telling me the job was going to be harder than the anticipated and he can do it but he had to charge me more.. then he told me he didn't want to do and he said his estimator didn't estimate the job correctly. He said I would need a cherry picker to do this job and I have to rent one and I took informed him the estimated told me that was the equipment he was going to use. I said no problem let's reschedule and go back and get the right equipment I'm back another day what day can you come that's why he said well I really don't think I want to do the job and he said I'm sorry instead of being sorry about we get the job done reschedule he said I can't do it and he hung up. 6/14 - I then called the office and spoke with Samantha Samantha informed me that his husband who is the one who owns the company she formed me that he didn't want to do the job I asked her to talk to him cuz I need to get it done she said I will talk to him and I will call you by the end of the day. 6/14 - again they left me hanging Samantha never called and I'm left with these two trees and they need to be removed.

They replaced the doors and the downspout for the super gutter and found an issue with the super gutter brackets, they should be flat under the roof. Mike came and fixed us up temporarily and didn't charge us until he completed a full rescreen. He also installed new kick plates and railings, and recently reframed the cage after our pool remodel.
