Although the dresses were beautiful, I feel that the sales staff were too pushy…read more The seamstress was a really lovely person that helped you with picking out accessories you really liked and matching them with things you already had. As soon as the salesgirl got a hint of that, she was over trying to get you to order the most expensive shoes and all the accessories and disregarding the things that you had picked out. It was a stressful struggle to select things that I liked and make decisions with a pushy woman on my back urging me to pick the most gaudy over the top non-sense. We were in the middle of buying a house, planning a wedding, finding a midwife, sorting out residency and the saleswoman was just an added stress and nightmare. She would call and email about payment information after I told her that my husband wouldn't be able to come these next few weeks - and I really wanted to focus on other things. We prepared the order and just needed my husband to come in to finalize it and the guilt and harassment this woman put on me were ridiculous. The guilt being over the fact that my husband works and can't show up during office hours and her wanting to get commission on the sale. I'm just very grateful the seamstress woman was there since the saleswoman would run off to any potential customer and then she and I could stand and talk a little about what to put back and what I actually wanted. In the end, the dress and shoes were beautiful...but the unnecessary stress... Example: We rushed to the place after work to pay the remaining balance. I called there at 6:30pm and got voicemail eventhough she told me she would be there. We ran basically all the way there got to the door at 6:45pm and she wasn't there, nor was she answering the phone. We had killed ourselves to get downtown and where there during office hours but the woman wasn't there. Of course she didn't care about this inconvenience - she needed to go to the post office...she just continued to email and call me as if I were her meal ticket and generally make the experience an unfun one. They accept debit and bank transfers only.
