I am new to the clinic and had booked RMT services as well as chiropractic. I booked an RMT massage…read more3 weeks in advance, the clinic confirmed the appointment on multiple occasions up until the day prior to the massage. Once I arrived at the location the staff at reception let me know the appointment was cancelled and that they called/left message/emailed/texted - the only correspondence I had was an email 3 hours prior which I had not had the chance to read. I let the person know that I had not received a call, voicemail or text, she insisted I was incorrect and did not take ownership of the mistake, she was rude and kept saying that she did call and leave a voicemail which was a blatant lie and regardless should have offered an apology. At one point she did say "I called all of my clients today" so I don't know if this was the RMT or the reception but either way handled incredibly poor, I followed up by email and it has gone unanswered which is why I am leaving a review. From the research I've done it appears they cancel RMT massages at the last minute regularly - I would stay away from this location if you are in pain and needing massage services for these reasons. I would like to mention the chiropractic services have been amazing, Dr. Mubashir Naeem has been professional, kind, and thorough in my treatment and I have felt immense relief in my pain since becoming his patient. I will continue to give my business for this reason! 5 stars

To some degree, I do support Western medicine, but I got tired of another doctor's diagnosis of shrugging their shoulders and not offereing any solution. I then decided to seek a second opinion and came here. I booked my appointment based on the fact that Cindy Lim's practice is close to home; before meeting her, I didn't have any idea about her reputation or knew anything about her clinic. Having seen her a few times and finally resolving my medical issue, I can confidently recommend her. Her practice includes herself and two other practioners who specialize in acupuncture; the fourth practioner is a massage therapist. Each specialize in different body needs such as internal issues and fertility. Cindy is very knowledgeable in her field and wants to make sure that you get better. Since she is also a registered Chinese Medicine Herbalist, you might be given herbs to drink. If you've never had to drink herbs, I won't lie that they are the grossest things to drink but you know what, they work. So, stop your moaning and take them because you will get better! The clinic is clean and well-organized. There are eight clean private rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the prices for each visit is reasonable. If ever I get another ailment or if I'm sick, I'm coming here. Hours: They're open 5 days a week; by appointment on weekends.

I highly recommend her for your Physio needs. They are also very strict with their PPE/social distancing measures and the clinic is very clean. Only downside is they make you take off your clean mask to replace with either your own unused mask or pay for one of their own. This defeats the keep mask on at all times purpose . So technically, if another patron had asymptomatic Covid symptoms and took their mask on/off hence dispersing the virus, I'm more likely to get virus too because I had to switch my mask when I entered clinic. Makes no sense to me. Aside from a soiled mask I think this mask protocol is overkill. Hence ~ 4 stars
