Evie settled in right from her first introduction visit to the time I picked her up. We had regular pup dates and photos which showed her having a great time on walks, meeting new friends and cuddled up on the sofa with Liam, Laras partner. I can say with all honesty, our holiday was extra special seeing that our baby was doing great! The Evie i brought home, was not the usual clingy little soul I bring home from the Kennels. Evie was relaxed and no sign of a croaky bark which usually indicates she's had a Kennel stay. Our usual Kennels are fine, no complaints from us but for Evie, I think they are loud & a little stressful. I would use them as a second choice now. Lara is most definitely Evies stand in Mummy & I would not hesitate in using her again! A big thank you to Lara & not forgetting Liam for a great service xxx

He spent 3 weeks with Pampered Pets while I was out of the country. Ample parking outside. They have all sorts of organic foods, holistic remedies, frozen raw food and healthy options for your dog. For instance teeth - I had been giving Ricky Martin the dental chews from the big chain pet stores in the US and UK every night. But what they pointed out to me (which I knew!) was that they were packed with carbs and so are they really helpful in the long run for your pets teeth (carbs - sugar - decay!) - answer likely not. The recommendation was a "treat" comprising dried fish skin in crunchy format. No carbs, and robust thin slivers of fish scales that are forced between the teeth and help remove plaque. Since Ricky refuses to eat food with fish in it I was very skeptical- but right there in the store he crunches that thing to oblivion. Bought and bag and every night he loves it! So he presumably gets some omega-3's too. Nice! The two lady owners (Lynn and Sarah) are the BEST! In terms of customer service and as dog sitters they are awesome. The staff are experienced and friendly and my dogs and others I have seen, LOVE the ladies there, and actually pull on the lead towards the place! They are taken on proper walks, 3 times a day, and have so much attention, they are spoilt rotten! I can leave my dog there knowing he will be looked after and loved while i am gone. wonderful place for dogs.

The "alternative" was flashy, new, modern and eerily devoid of woofs, but my dogs were returned to me in a dreadful state. I have always gone to Bungalow Farm, and not once have I returned from holiday feeling guilty that I had place them there. The ladies are lovely, and took the time to address my worries. The dogs have walks out and playtime and cuddles, they are kept clean and tidy, and always seem happy and content going in , and when being picked up. The Lady who runs Bungalow Farm spent years as a veterinary nurse, which helped put my mind at rest. Please support these kennels! They may look a little "rough and ready" but the care my boys have there is brilliant ! I will always book well in advance to avoid having to go anywhere else !!

It is run in a very professional way and is excellent value for money. Currently it costs £5.50 per day (or part of) to board a single cat including food. Medication is given when necessary at no extra cost. Bedding is provided or you can bring the cat's own. The pens are large and there is plenty of space for the cats to move about. We have been using it regularly for a couple of years. It means complete peace of mind when we are away. All you need to bring is an up-to-date record of the cat's vaccinations and the cat of course. Contact them to book in advance as they are busy at peak periods.

This is the second time Bodhi has stayed, last time the team were outstanding when Bodhi became unwell during his stay(nothing to do with NMK just one of those things). So this time I was a little nervous dropping Bodhi off incase he associated NMK with being ill. I needn't have worried, as soon as we arrived in the car park Bodhi became really happy and excited and just trotted in without any hesitation, a testament to how very well he had been cared for last time. The team knew I was nervous leaving him and responded beautifully to my "stressy mum" emails with updates. I could see on the cameras and on facebook that Bodhi was having a great time. The team are clearly experts in dog behaviour, they clearly understood Bodhi and his Great Dane tendencies. Danes are puppies until they are about 3yrs .Bodhi is only 15 months old, so we appreciate how challenging it could have been to involve an adolescent, mischievous, vocal, 70kg pup in the daycare sessions, but the team did this beautifully, finding what dogs and environments best fitted. Bodhi and the pack looked to have had lots of fun. We could see that he had a bed made up in the main area were he snoozed the night away relaxed and happy and without stress. He also spent sometime in the bungalow and was even treated to a sleep over at one of the lovely dog Nannie's homes .I can't thank the team enough for their care and for their understanding of our Bodhi boy. It's joyful to see the love that these guys have for the doggies and the individual one on one cuddles and strokes that they give .

The staff genuinely care for the dogs and enjoy looking after them. Even before our dog got neutered he was a little too friendly so they just gave him time out in one of the over night rooms. We have also used the groomers (Rebekah) who is amazing. She take her time and does a professional cut. I can't recommend enough! Such a great place to go!
