The inside is very clean and has a space for you to sit down and wait for any service you need. It has about 3-4 chairs and a work bench in case you are working on your laptop and need a place to put that down. [[ Service ]] Everyone was really nice including the two front desk people and the person who worked on my car. They determined that my nail was repairable/patch-able and I was very grateful. No upsell or anything and got me out of the door in 30 minutes for $45 to repair the flat. Couldn't have asked for better. P.S. I think if they got newer signs, it would make the outside look more appealing because it's truly a great shop.

Just visually observed and said it was worn out. Did not diagnose where puncture was. Tread is quick fix while sidewall is when tire needs replacement. I replied my tires only had 38,000 miles which is midlife. According to AI, it is a "shop choosing convenience and profit over proper diagnosis". Beware.

Also the cost for a new replacement refurbished motor is over $9,000 and a 100k warranty, rebuilt same motor just fixing head gasket is just over $6,000 and only 25,000 mile warranty . My current refurbished replacement motor has rough idle, engine light is on and can't reset engine light.
