What a warm, friendly person Emma is. Emma used a new computer program and was able to design his headstone, then add the color and material. It definitely doesn't go unnoticed.

So Unhelpful! We are…read moreroofing contractors in Chicago. We order lots of dumpsters and portable toilets for our projects. It almost like they really don't want your business. I called and had the guy on speaker phone to try and set up a delivery. All I received was push back and lots of phone silence. The others in my office could hear and everyone was surprised at the lack of wanting to do the delivery. We DID ask the owner of the property if it was ok to place the dumpster in front of the garage door. Confirmed. He wants permissions from the owner of the entire complex, which doesn't exist. Its a multi family owned by multiple people. It's a $200.00 charge of they come out and they cant deliver or get it in the spot. I said "that's fine" and I understand it a risk. He said, "well then my driver will be stuck in the city for fours hours". I'm done! Find another place that actually wants your business and is will willing to work with you. Will not use them again.

I arrived an hour and 20 minutes after our conversation and was greeted by Nyjiela Sirreayah who is the family service counselor for Windridge. Nyjiela drove me around the cemetery asking me questions where I thought my mom was buried, which was very upsetting. I knew the general area, but she proceeded to drive me around asking a lot of leading questions regarding my family tree. I was then taken to the records location and presented with an incomplete file which sparked more questions, which was very unsettling, because it was an interrogation, a breach of trust for a counselor. The information regarding my family tree was given to Tina. Nyjiela showed me a ritual to do when I got home, took me to my mother's grave and abruptly left. LS
