Much of the park was taken up by long term residents, but was laid out so short term "camper" were located together towards the front. They had one restroom with a shower - the facility looked clean. The camp had a laundry room - 3 washers, 3 dryers - with several shelves of book for folks to read (looks to be a take one; leave one library). There were no picnic tables at the sites, although there were a couple of commons areas; those areas looked older, in need if a little care - but still useable. The park probably is not a good park for RVers with children - there isn't a playground area, pool or any real play area for children. Nice if you just want to have an adult, quiet get away.

To make matters worse the service department was run by a very abrasive person for example, while I was standing at the counter one of his employees asked him a question, and he completely rolled his eyes at a technician. It was for these reasons I took my business elsewhere and never return their calls to schedule the work .
