He got the supplies and fixed both problems. After I had paid him, he was washing his hands at the sink and noticed it needed caulked. He went out to his truck and got some caulking and repaired it. I mentioned that I needed a board on the fence fixed and he quickly got screws out of his truck and put a board back on for me. All little extras that showed he would go the extra step.
