We are looking for a cabinet for a custom coffee bar. Called to inquire about that but also needed…read morea hinge for a corner cabinet that is broken. I asked about the hinge first and the associate was not having it, and said to go on google and find it they don't order hinges for other cabinets. I asked if she knew of a company that could help as I've already been through Home Depot and Lowe's and she informed me that they can't help. They don't order hinges for items purchased online. A custom cabinet company can't help me order a hinge ... So you guessed it: Not going to order my coffee bar cabinet from these people. If I wanted to be treated poorly from a sales associate/company I'll just go to Home Depot and pay less. Why buy small and local? I do not recommend this business, bad first impression for sure.

They sent out a guy to look at them and he was so rude and acted like I was wasting his time. He came back with over $400 bill if we want it fixed?! Its chipping and peeling in places that are not even touched by anyone or anything. We were given the owner Jeff Daso's number and left multiple messages with no response. Terrible customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Shannon and David were amazing to work with, and I will be calling them when I am ready to have my new basement bar built.

They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and helped with picking samples and supplies. I highly recommend them!
