A couple of hours later, the serviceman called and said they could come now. They came and looked, a very minor repair. Said they would go back and get the matching shingle and be back to day to repair. So I was very happy about that kind of response time. I'll leave another review when they finish. UPDATE: Well, they came right back, put the new shingles up and nailed down a couple of nails they found that were backing out and were done and gone in an hour! Cost hardly anything!

Which they came out and repaired. I had another leak and figured it was this again. Had them come out. Found out the leak was with my chimney. No big deal. Except they will charge you 600$ for an hour of a guy standing on your roof running your hose onto your leak. They won't tell you it's 600$. Then Harley the front desk person will berate you and call you names and say things like "I wish I didn't have to pay my bills". Since I've had more leaks in my brand new roof in other spots. I won't dare call them again because I'll just get charged 600$ each time. I wouldn't even call them if the entire roof fell off and blew away. Avoid at all costs.

They also damaged the heat tape when they put it back on. That is why it was tripping all winter. We are lucky we did not have a fire. Now that we settled with the insurance company, we now have to repair everything. Hogan roofing was amazing until the winter when their job did not hold up. They replaced the roof (5 years old) because of a manufacture warranty. We had zero issues in four years. The first year after it was built, there were a few minor issues because of the heat tape placement (which were resolved), but we had no issues after that. Now we have heat tape issues at the breaker causing them to trip. They are taking no responsibility for the brand new roof that they installed which leaked the entire winter. It does not matter how much snow falls in a year, no roof should ever leak if it is done properly.

I highly recommend Nick Piontek and On Point Contracting!…read more Like most people, I will look at online reviews of companies and products, while never adding my own experiences to the reviews. This time is different because even after six months since OnPoint Contracting repaired my roof, I use that experience with them as my gold standard from now on. It was that memorable. My home is in a regular Denver suburb, and in March 2024 we experienced a severe hail storm. I thought "No big deal, our roof should be fine since it's not that old." Later that year, we were having our house painted, and learned that we had serious damage. We had our roof repaired before, but I forgot who the company was. Choosing the right roofing company was tough with so many options. I am so glad my paint contractors referred me to Nick Piontek and On Point Contracting. I had a great experience working with On Point Contracting. On the day of my appointment, Nick confirmed the time earlier that day and arrived on time for our meeting. Nick demonstrated to me they value my time and established their professionalism and attention to detail. Nick also recommended and installed Owens Corning Duration Flex Class 4 impact-resistant shingles to help protect my roof from future smaller hailstorms, which I truly appreciate. They handled everything with my insurance claim, from being present for the inspection to ensuring the insurance company paid fairly for the work. I knew I had made the right choice. As the project was scheduled, I was updated frequently with clear messages and also through their online project portal. The roofing process was smooth and seamless. While there was a small hiccup with the supplier's delivery dates, Alex, their Project Manager handled it quickly and professionally. The crew on the project were expert roofing and gutter specialists supervised by the site manger Steven. They were courteous, efficient, and professional, completing the job with great care all while communicating with me of status updates and keeping the worksite clean and free of construction hazards and debris. One of my biggest concerns was protecting the plants around my home, and I was impressed with how carefully they covered and safeguarded everything during the job. They truly go the extra mile. Once I knew I had made the right decision, I referred them to two of my neighbors, and they were just as pleased with their results. Whenever something pops up around my home, I give Nick a call first. If you need a trustworthy, detail-oriented roofing and exterior company, I highly recommend Nick Piontek and On Point Contracting!" Lastly, beyond our roofing project, Nick took the time to speak with my adult daughter after learning of her interest about her career goals in the trades, offering valuable insight into entrepreneurship and business growth. That personal touch meant a lot to our family. It's worth saying again....I highly recommend Nick Piontek and On Point Contracting!"

Our mission is to build lasting relationships through exterior solutions driven by trust, innovation, and ethical excellence. This homeowner’s existing exposed-fastener metal roof was nearing the end of its lifespan and had begun to show signs of wear and tear, including leaks and rust. On Point Contracting provided a solution by replacing the old roof with a modern snaplock metal roofing system. This new system eliminates the exposed fasteners that were prone to failure on the old roof, providing a much more durable and watertight seal. The snaplock panels interlock seamlessly, creating a sleek and attractive appearance while also enhancing the roof’s resistance to wind, rain, and snow. The upgrade to a snaplock system not only solved the homeowner’s immediate leaking issues but also provided a long-lasting and low maintenance roofing solution that will protect their home for years to come.
