They would start by 7am and work till dark. They brought additional crews and completed a 3 week project in a week. Quality is excellent and cleanup was done every day with a large final cleanup when completed. Pricing was very competitive. As this is a large construction project some things will go wrong, but they rectified everything quickly. Very highly recommended!

They also damaged the heat tape when they put it back on. That is why it was tripping all winter. We are lucky we did not have a fire. Now that we settled with the insurance company, we now have to repair everything. Hogan roofing was amazing until the winter when their job did not hold up. They replaced the roof (5 years old) because of a manufacture warranty. We had zero issues in four years. The first year after it was built, there were a few minor issues because of the heat tape placement (which were resolved), but we had no issues after that. Now we have heat tape issues at the breaker causing them to trip. They are taking no responsibility for the brand new roof that they installed which leaked the entire winter. It does not matter how much snow falls in a year, no roof should ever leak if it is done properly.

Communication was a bit challenging, and I was frustrated when I asked for a call before he came only to wake up early one morning to learn he was already up on the roof. But it was so cheap! Unfortunately, it was wasted money. Richard's work did not make any difference in my roof's leak. When I asked him what he would do about it he said he had done more than we had agreed on already, and then criticized his own tactics and tried to imply they were my fault. Needless to say it did not end well between us. I cannot support a contractor who will not stand by their own advice and techniques.
