We called the two local vets in our town and it was going to be weeks or a month or more to be seen and just for vaccinations. We are very thankful for Dr. Cramer and his staff for getting us in the same day. We had an injury happen to one of our dogs and they got us right in and we were also able to get a laser treatment for him. Laser treatment is something that isn't available in our town. We are nursing him back to health and he is looking better after 2 weeks of antibiotics and feeding with a syringe. This Vet (Mark Hale) has always shown professionalism, courtesy and concern even after many years interaction with my somewhat challenge personality. He is always patient and kind. His advice and treatment has been excellent. He is not afraid to do a referral or offer prescriptions or advice outside of his practice. We have had him perform numerous dog dental cleaning on all ages without incident. So you have to wonder the persons REMARKS from CALIFORNIA and take it with a grain of salt. I have complete confident in Doctor Hale. My only issue is that he ONLY treats dogs and cats and not other exotics, But I don't blame him.

This is the best vet I have ever seen, everything was very clean, it smelled good in there. I only got a small peek at the exam rooms, but they looked very up to date. The staff are very kind and helpful. I am very happy with the customer service. It is very affordable also. It only cost me $33 to board my kitten for 3 days.
