Simply put, Nelson did an incredible job, and the results exceeded all our expectations. One of the biggest parts of this project was staining the new handrails and banisters to match our existing flooring. Nelson showed my wife and me a wide range of stain samples, each carefully selected to closely match the tones of our floors. He was patient and helpful throughout the selection process, and the final result was a perfect match to the sample we chose. The stain not only looks beautiful on its own, but it really ties the whole area together and makes everything feel cohesive and intentional. In addition to the staining, Nelson painted all the trim around the stairs and banisters. This fresh coat of paint gave the space a clean, crisp look and really helped the new woodwork stand out. His attention to detail was apparent in every aspect of the project, edges were sharp, lines were clean, and there was absolutely no sloppiness. He also went above and beyond when it came to prepping the area. Before he got started, Nelson took great care to tape and mask off all nearby surfaces, so there was no overspray or mess to worry about. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. He also patched and textured the walls in areas where the old banisters had been removed, and you would never know there was any work done there. The patched areas blend in flawlessly with the surrounding wall, both in texture and paint color. Throughout the entire process, Nelson kept us fully informed. He let us know when he would arrive, when he was wrapping up each day, and gave regular updates on progress. It's refreshing to work with someone who values communication and follows through on every promise. He quoted us a fair and competitive price for the work, and we felt we received incredible value given the high level of quality and care he put into everything. Aside from his obvious skill, Nelson is just a genuinely kind and sincere person. It's clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he wants your project to look amazing. My daughter asked the installer to patch the floors before installing the vinyl laminate flooring. They agreed, but didn't end up doing it. They also didn't install any waterproofing material under the bathroom floors. Last of all, when they removed the baseboard, they made gouges in the baseboard. Would not recommend.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.
