Prices went sky high and service became questionable, but it's about the only full service game left in town so she continued to go. And every time they asked her to sign up for the monthly plan and, every time, she said no. Then a couple months ago, right after getting home from a wash, she noticed a sticker dangling off the bottom of the windshield. Initially, I thought maybe it was a good customer sticker but it turned out to be a monthly plan she didn't ask for. She tried to call but nobody ever answers the phone. We live in north Lakeland and it's quite a drive all the way south, so she called her credit card company and they did a charge-back. Guess what? They charged her again this month. Now it's been sent to credit card investigations and they'll have to block that business from using her card. I guess my next stop will be the BBB if they continue.

However, when I made the phone call I accidentally made the mistake of calling and asking for the manager so I could get direct information. I have more confidence speaking with a manager regarding brand new memberships over other employees, just my preference. I ended up being denied to speak to a manager since they stated that they had no clue what the manager's schedule was and that the manager didn't want to speak to anybody unless they were important or expected. As a prospective customer I have every right to speak to a manager if I request to speak with one. This is default by any current or not current customer to be able to rightfully speak with a manager on duty. To be told that I wasn't able to, was denying my right. I used to think highly of this company since I had heard good things about them, but have definitely changed my mind, no questions asked, about how I feel about this company. If I could give -0- or negative stars I would do that in a heart beat. Thankfully there are many many many other options plus more being built in the vicinity to choose from cause me and people I know will be straying away from this low end company along with any family/friends/co-workers/neighbors, you name it, to avoid this place.

It's kinda strange the way it's laid out: two self service bays in the front plus the automated bay; then two other self serve bays in the back. I'd imagine there's a lot of collisions from the way the place is laid out. There's only a couple vacuums too. Two in the back and one up front. The problem is they only accept coins. No cash or cards. If you need coins you have to walk to the front building to reach the change machine. Lame. Lamer when you consider the north side TNT has free vacuums! As for he actual services well I have to say they do a pretty good job. I went through the automated port and it did a good job of cleaning the car but it didn't get all the bugs off. Plus some other stains and blemishes remained. Thankfully I keep a drying towel in the trunk and I was able to wipe off the spots it missed. I've used the self serve bays a few times. First time I swiped my card and went about 10 minutes but it only charged my card the minimum fee! I used the same bay a few weeks later and it charged me the full price. So if you need to get your car cleaned this place definitely will do the job. If you want or need a professional cleaning you may want to opt for something else.

They charge extra if you want a towel to wipe down the inside, but the vacuums are helpful enough. Usually it's young kids working here so I don't expect and over abundance of kindness or quality customer service but they're never bad or rude, when I have been. I loved going through the car wash as a kid, it was always an interesting and fascinating experience with the colorful soaps and giant mops, so coming here brings back some nice nostalgia, as well as making my car shine nicely!

They take quarters or my preferred payment, credit/debit cards. No need to get quarters, not enough or too many. No running back to add more time. Hoses are long (longer than most) so it's easy to control the spray gun. It does have the "floppy" wand, where the end is little flexable. The pressure is great, the amount of soap during spray wash was just right. I use the foam brush (always spray it first). Tons of soap, and brush was in good condition. The spray rinse was good. High pressure, clean water, no smell (some use "reclaimed" water that stinks). I washed my F150. Spray wash, then foam brush, then spray rinse. I do spend a little time spraying the underneath of my truck too. All for $7.00! Never been that cheap. The vacuum areas are little scattered, but ok. They have Vac and Turbo Vac. ($1.00, $2.00) for 4 mins. I use turbo and it seemed normal, but it worked. Little smell They have the standard small stuff, towels, Armor All pads, $1.00 or $2.00. Overall, pretty good little car wash. Worth it.

He showed up at the appointment on time and ready to get started. Honestly, Rodney could probably charge more for the level of service he provided. There was not one part of the car that went untouched, and he put just as much effort into shining the exterior as he did the interior.
