Just recently i brought my 2018 HD Ultra Limited to Ben to detail. I was in a rush because i was trade it in. This motorcycle has seen a lot of miles and looked in fair condition. Ben did such a good job i credit his work for getting me 9 out of 10 on the trade in inspection at the dealership. If you have been through this process before you know that is saying something. Ben took my motorcycle late in his business day and worked on it and had it ready by 9 o'clock the next morning. YES, with all businesses you will have good and bad experiences. I have known Ben for over 30 years and i know him to be honest. You can even read in the comments that he owns his mistakes. Picked my car up ,went to drive away and all of my dashboard warning lights are flashing,turns out they let my battery die while working on my vehicle and had to jump start my car. I thought I had bought the lifetime warranty, but I had not I had but only a three-year warranty tint, but they honored it replace the tint.
