The jobsite has been trashy for 2 years and is still trashy. We all have been picking up trash that blows off his jobsite into our neighborhood for 2 years. We all understand that when a house is in reno mode there is going to be days of unpleasant views.. But 2 years..... and he doesn't seem to require the jobsite to look somewhat presentable. I am sure if this was in Ken's neighborhood and he lived next to this trashy jobsite, across the street or in the neighborhood, he would not be happy. Beware of extended completion dates and a trashy jobsite for you and all your neighbors!

We live out of state and asked for regular contact and photos as work progressed. Owner had minimal ability with technology and updates were few and far between. He also complained a lot about how little he was making on the job, but he was the one who submitted the bid and agreed to the terms. The majority of the work turned out really nice but there were small details he agreed to fix but never did. Also hired him to finish renovations started by a family member but after many delays and no shows, he told us his crew wouldn't be back because he had lots of other better paying jobs lined up.
