There are not many carts to use to organize clothing. The washing machines are decently priced at about $4/load. However, the dryers were over $2 per session. While 1 drying session will quickly dry your clothes PLEASE BEWARE that if you select the high dry temperature your clothes will get burnt!! I had 2 items that were recently purchased come out with gray char and over the last few weeks I've noticed that several of my soft plush pieces of clothes now have rough textures in certain areas. That is my major complaint. I'm so irritated about the dryers. There should be a sign on them to not use the high setting. I would never return to this laundromat. I much prefer Caribbean Clean.

The three times I have gone in desperation, I have not seen a soul vacuuming, let alone cleaning the machines. They collect the quarters- that is it! They also close the washers (against the instructions), allowing mildew to grow. There is a tremendous amount of dust in the corners, signs are sloppily handwritten-- but my main point is- the washers and dryers are dirty! And they are relying on the heat from the washers to "kill everything," I heard an employee tell a customer who asked about how often they clean things, because she was thinking of brining the laundry from her cleaning business there. I no longer go to this place in desperation- I will take my chances at the laundromat where an alleged death occurred instead!

And they were SO incredibly nice. Heidi the owner is one sweet woman who definitely cares for her customers. She personally called me to wish my husband a speedy recovery and issued me a partial refund for my confusion. Which they didn't have to do! One runs so hot that there's a sign warning about scorching attached to the door. One next to it doesn't heat up at all. An hour after putting everything into said dryer, everything was still sopping wet. The attitude is just as variable. One day, you're welcome and they are glad you're there. The next, you wonder what you did to get banished to a place where you never mattered and never will. But, you know, it's close.
