So, I will now review on Google. As an Executive Chef with over 30 years in the industry, this is deeply troubling. Proper hygiene and food handling practices are essential--not optional. What I saw here does not meet the standards any professional kitchen should uphold. If there's one thing they nailed, it's the name. "Plain Jane" truly reflects the food and the overall experience.

It didn't really bother me though. We will continue to patronize this restaurant.
