There are snacks and drinks they supply and there's a call button if you feel like anything is off. We got the Health & Fitness fuze and an additional bag of B12 for all the vitamins and goodness. There is a local Vegas discount just FYI (and a Yelp check-in for $5 off too). I did warn I have tough veins as when I'm usually drawing blood, they need a few pokes to get it right. I usually say that right away in case there is someone that can handle that really well. Unfortunately, I was poked 3 times before the IV stuck around the ventricle. My partner also had problems with his IV where it wasn't flowing in but getting to his muscle instead. Luckily the IV veteran we were with noticed how strange he wasn't flowing. His forearm got tense and it started swelling up like Popeye the cartoon literally. When they fixed it, the fluid was flowing so fast. For me, going through both bags took about an 45 minutes to go through. I didn't feel the effects immediately, but after the weekend of festivities, I will say I didn't feel as groggy as I have in the past!

The staff was OK but the Dr who saw me was horrible. I was suffering from severe sciatica. He could not help me with the pain and did nothing for me. And now, I am getting calls that I owe them money. I spoke with a "Roy" (doubt that was really his name as it does not fit the accent). According to Roy, they sent out an invoice to my old address on Jan 13th 2026. He said that was the only bill sent. I asked to change my address and he said he couldn't but then he went on to say he could only send it to the address on file which it turns out is my new address here in AZ. Then he has the nerve to tell me if it isn't paid soon it could go to collections. that didn't sit right with me. I pay my bills (when I actually receive them). I let him have it. How can I pay a bill that was never received. And they only sent it once??? Instead of having a live person call me it was a computer. Unreal. Again, I will not go to this hospital unless I am dying and even then, I will try to get to St George.
