They ran all of the tests and then tried to bill me $190 for a $15 dollar test! I refused to pay the bill because, I had instructed them not to. Four years later... I have a simple blood test and they refused me service until I pay the $190. So... profits over patients, huh? I well not be held hostage for your stock holders! No way! From the moment we walked in the owner Pomai treated us like family and was so kind! My spouse is a very very hard stick. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't able to get her veins at our appointment (no fault of her own). BUT because she knew how important the test and timing was and saw how difficult it was for my spouse to get around... She immediately called one of her other nurses and organized for a redraw the next day AT OUR HOUSE. Free of charge! Absolutely amazing service. She cared so much about getting the blood work done correctly and on time AND she had the empathy to not want to have my spouse come to their lab again the next day.
