Do NOT hire Allegiant. They will take your money and string you along for months…read more My experience with this company was all broken promises and disregard for their customers. 5/14/26 - I called Allegiant to get on their schedule. 5/19/26 - I received an emailed estimate (no deposit requested). I was told to expect the work to be done within 2-3 weeks, early-mid June. 6/23/26 - When weeks had passed with no word from them, I followed up. Only then that I was told a $1,000 deposit was required to "get on the schedule." They asked for a check that same day and sent someone to my house to pick it up. They promised early June. Then they promised July. Then early August. I rearranged my own work schedule multiple times to be home for appointments they never showed up for (or called to cancel). I was stood up repeatedly. Each time, Allegiant would assure me they were "coming soon" -- while holding on to my $1,000. Work was not completed until the very last days of August. That means I went the entire hot, dry summer with no irrigation. I could have hired another company. But Allegiant kept stringing me along, saying they were coming-- they had my deposit and I believed they would honor their word. They didn't. The work also left something to be desired. The valve box sits a full 6 inches above the rest of the lawn because they didn't bother to remove rocks to level it with the ground. During our walkthrough, my husband was left with a long list of tasks to fix their mistakes: leveling the valve box, cleaning up plastic flags and zip ties they left behind, and adjusting the spray heads -- which were set to water our sidewalks and the road along with our lawn. This is not a company that values customers. Find literally anyone else.
