After texting and calling, he FINALLY showed up around noon. We spent a good 30-45 minutes talking about the project and what we needed. Won't return any messages. I mean just say you can't do the job. I hate to say it, but I almost expected this. He is in his early twenties... maybe? I think we dodged a bullet anyway from his lack of responsiveness and terrible professionalism. We are so disappointed.

I had my home landscaped in Hamilton starting in June of last year. The company I used I had…read moreutilized for many years at my previous home. I hired that landscape & irrigation company to do the the same at my new place, but after 3-4 months we realized that he was in way over his head. Sod and trees sat on the property for a week because he could not assemble a crew to put everything in.... It was the middle of August so you can imagine the effect the heat had on the unplanted items. Also the irrigation system he put in leaked and had to be redone. At this point we hired Bitterroot Landscaping to finish the job. Caleb and his crew were fantastic...timely, and professional, but most importantly did excellent work. They also redid a portion of our previous shrub work , and installed adobe pavers at three different locations.I can easily recommend Bitterroot Landscaping... I do not believe you will be disappointed!!!!

You get what you pay for. Looks nice on the outside but as we watched the construction every day…read morewe pointed out issues that they ignored until further into the build so previous work had to be redone. Windows were cheap, you can hear wind howling through. Load bearing porch beam was only sitting on 1/4 of its pier on one end of porch, the other end was supported only by the sheeting from the garage. Since my husband is in construction, we added additional supports after workers left. There are no braces in the floor so the floor bounces as you walk on it, but we'll go down into the crawlspace and add the 2' braces. Roof trusses had up to 1 1/2" gaps with the room framing which left the ceiling with a crack. Communication was so-so and there was no supervisor inspecting anything except a couple times during the build. You would think that since they knew my husband would be living on site, they'd take care to do things right the first. Fortunately we took pictures during each stage to document issues. I feel sorry for the buyers who don't get to see the bones of their house. Really sorry we used this builder. We've now lived in the home for a year. At least it's insulated well.
